Embry p.o.v

I was completely minding my own business,if that means listenting to the heartbeats and breaths,inhaling the smell of a certain person living in the apartment opposite to yours.Creepy i know.

Then i smell a stranger on our floor,probably drunk,which is weird as only me and Leah live on this floor.then i hear banging on Leah's door.and when i go out and see,i find him all over her confesing his love to the woman i love,well you cannot blame me for losing it.

"stop it. you are going to kill him."Leah hissed at me.she was holding mt fists in her hands,just as i was about to lay the fourth puch on the man.i let him go.only because i know she was right.i was shaking uncontrollably,my wolf was pouncing inside of me ready to come out.if i didn't calm right now i would probably turn,and then the man would definately be dead.

Leah helped hte almost unconcious man up and took him inside.his hands were drapped around her shoulders,oh god i wanted to crush them right now.i followed them.she helped him get into the bed,the one in which i was supposed to sleep in yesterday."go,calm yourself,you are shakng,you'll turn and frankly i am not fond of my apartment getting destroyed."Leah said,trying to push me out of the room.

then i smelt it,the blood,not the one coming out from the man's nose and lips.Leah's blood.she was bleeding.i took the hands withn which she was trying to push me away.both her palms had deep claw marks on them,earlier when she had stopped me from punching the guy,my claws had come out.i had hurt her.i had never felt this guilty before."it will heal soon,just go,calm yourself."Leah said in a voice so soft it shocked me.so i did as she said.

Leah p.o.v

Liam probably had a broken nose,because blood wouldn't stop flowing from it.soo i decided it was probably best to take him to a hospital.i half carried him to my car and left for the hospital.he was semi concscious,grunting and wincing from the pain.they took him straight to the emergency room.

the verdict was a broken nose and a hairline fractured jaw bone.damn that Embry.he had no right punching Liam like that."so how did you get injured?"the doctor was asking Liam.i held in my breath.although i knew what Embry had done was wrong,i didn't want him to get into trouble."i fell.you see i am a really bad drunk."he said looking sheepishly at the doctor.i was left open mouthed.why did he lie?the doctor just nodded."you can go home now.just take the medicine on time and rest.and try not to talk much."the doctor said and left.i rolled my eyes at that.a quite Liam,i couldn't imagine.

"i am so sorry Liam."i said."its ok it wasn't your fault."Liam said and winced,holding his face in his hands."i'll take you home."i said as we got into the car."no."he said.i looked at him questioningly."i...we broke up."Liam said,with teary eyes.well that explained everything,the way he was acting today and showing up on my door, drunk."i am so sorry."i repeated,but for a different reason."do you want to stay at my place for today."i asked him.he just smiled at little and i took that as a yes.when we reached home Liam had already fallen asleep in the car.

i could pick him up.it wasn't that hard.although he was taller than me and weighed double than me,i was still a warewolf."i'll carry him."Embry said from behind.i jumped up,he caught me offgaurd."you scared me."i said placing a hand on my hard beating heart."some warewolf you are."Embry said rolling his eyes.it was true,this was not the first time something like this had happened in the past few days,hmm maybe i was losing my superpowers.

Embry picked Liam up and carried him to the elevator.the fluttering of his eyelids and heartbeat told us that Liam was awake."Hmm...i think i can quite forgive you,if you promise to carry me everywhere like this."Liam said flirtatiously.Oh did i forgot to mention.Liam was gay.and from the looks of it Embry did not know it too.he was looking so uncomfortable that i burst out laughing.

Embry rushed to my apartment as soon as the lift opened and droped Liam on the couch."someone in a hurry."Liam said with his best seductive voice.Embry just ran up to me and stood behind me like i was a human shield.which only made me laugh harder.

"so are you going to introduced me to my attacker or not."Liam said smiling mischievously at me."Liam this is Embry.Embry this is Liam my busniess partner."i introduced them."and Embry apolagise to liam Now."i said and tried to give him the best no nonsense glare."i..."Embry started to say."hey no worries,i would probably have done the same if i saw a gay all over my girl or in my case my guy."Liam said,giving Embry a knowing look."i am not his girl."i statrd,not that anyone was listening to me."thanks bro.and i am sorry."Embry said going towards Liam and shaking his hand."so we all good?"Embry asked.

Liam looked deviously.thats what you get when your business partner also happens to be your gay best friend,to whom you tell everything,well accept a few supernatural aspects of your life.and he was also pretty insistent on getting me and Embry together,the first time i had told Liam about my attaracton towards Embry he had said,"why dont you just bang the guy and get it over with."which i was pretty suprised with because,/liam had always acted like an over protective little brother with me.and had never liked even one of the few guys i went out with in college or otherwise,so you can guess my shock when he said that.

"Yeah,we all good."Liam said to Embry,giving me a wicked smile.

i really felt bad for the guy,seeing his bandaged face and neck brace.hey,in my defense i hadn't known he was Leah's busniess partner and friend,and also gay which made my jealously ease.

right now i was sitting in a couch at leah's place,while Leah was pacing in front of me,shouting and scolding me for hurting her friend.while Liam was knocked out in the guest bedroom,well he would have had a lot of drugs in his system to not awaken from all the shouting that was going on."are you even listiening to me."Leah said glaring at me.she closed the distance between us so that our legs were touching.only a small touch was enough to send sparks flying in my body.i grabbed her waist and pushed her down on the sofa and placed myself so that i was hovering on top of her,placing all the weight on my hands,i leaned closely so that our faces were just inches apart."you know i would do it again.i dont regret it.i would hurt any guy who lays even a hand on you."i said huskily."i like you Leah.i like you a lot."in fact i loved her but i kept that to myself for now."and i know you do too.dont deny it.i know you feel the same way as i do when our skins even touch the slightest."i said.

her breath was coming in short pants and having her body press so closely to me was making my crotch area buldge uncomfortably in my jeans.it took all in me not to bend down and kiss her and take her right here,on the couch.because i was wating for her to reply.

"i do."Leah said after what seemed like an eternity."but..."she said just as i was about to kiss her."its just physical.its just lust.nothing else."she said,trying to avert her gaze.i couldn't help the look of hurt that crossed my eyes.i got off her and rushed to the kicthen to compose myself,gulping an entire bottle of water.no.i said to myself.i wouldn't,couldn't give up on her on us a future us hopefully.

"go out with me."i said coming out of the kicthen.Leah didn't reply.she just looked at me stupidly,her eyes the size of saucers."go out...with you."she mumbubled much to herself i think.i went to her and kneeled in front of her ,while she sat in front of me on the couch with cross legs."yeah.come on Leah.just give me,us one chance."i said.she just sat there chewing her lips.i wanted on do that to her lips....."Embry..."she said cautiously.i leaned in,brushig my lips against her."dont think.just feel."i said.she just nodded her head lightly.thats all i needed.just one chance to make her mine.and so i charshed my lips against her,trying to convey all my feelings through the kiss.trying to show her that,i would never leave her,i would never let her go.
