Embry p.o.v

it was late in the morning,almost early afternoon ,when we finally got out of the room.and it was only because we started to get hungry,for food that is.

"are you sure its ok.i can be there in like half an hour if you want to."Leah was talking on her cell,in her apartment,both the front doors of our apartment were open and it kind of left like it was just one big apartment,plus there was no one else on the floor,just us two. "yeah i am fine.take the day off.start the weekend early.and say hi to your mom for me."Liam said."are you sure?"she asked again."bye Leah"Liam said in an exasperated voice,ending the call.she kindof seems like a workaholic really.

"food ready."i called out.i was cooking us breakfast,or brunch really.she was in my apartment in a milisecond."hungry much."i snickered.no reply came from her."leah?"still no reply.i turned around to see her clutching her mouth,a pained expresion on her face."whats wrong"i was in front of her in a second,concerned,was she hurt,was it something i said. and then she started laughing in my face.

"oh my god you....you look..."she couldn't finish her sentence because she was laughing in my face,like a hyena. i rolled my eyes at her and went back to the stove.she was still laughing when i plated the foods in our plates.she was bend over holding her knees for support,wiping off tears of laughter.

"you know its not that funny."i said to her in an irritated voice."yes it is."she said pointing at my face.i frowned and picked up a spoon to look at my face.my face was covered in pancake batter and egg.and i was assuming so was the fest of my body,and the floral apron i had on did not surely improve my looks.

"you look kind of adorable though."Leah said stuffing her mouth with pancakes.i went to her and rubbed my cheeck against her."eww..go away."she exclaimed.i did but not before i stole a bite from her fork."hey,that was mine."she screamed at me,and started gulping down the pancakes as if she was afraid i would steal them from her.

after we finished our breakfast,Leah got up and started doing the dishes,while i lounged on the couch."you know i can feel you staring at me."she said without turning back from the sink."well i was just appreciating the view."i said slyly."i hope you remember the time when i nearly tore your arms off for doing that."she said,mentioning that time in the woods."ofcourse how could i forget."i tpld her smugly."you know i liked it better when you were shy and all."she said coming to sit beside me on the couch."oh so you like me when i was young,prev."i said.she smacked my arm,hard.

"well anyway,i am going to Ray's tomorrow.you know with Carlisle amd Nesse there,mom wanted me to come over."i nodded,Carlisle was looking after Jesse who was pregnant.it was kind of important also.the first time anyone well got pregnant by a warewolf from our clan was Kim,Jared's mate and they didn't know if they could go to a normal doctor,and they had been right,the baby had grown very fast,and Kim got all week and stuff,so Jared had practically begged Carlisle to come,not that he wouldn't have come on his own.Kim was on bed rest the entire six months of the pregnancy and she had these tubes fedding her.everyone was every worried,and Kim had nearly died during labour,but after months of bed rest she was fine again,and so was the baby.Carlisle had said that the baby grew faster than than a human baby because of our warewolf gene or something.

"so what are your plans for the weekend?Leah asked me."i am going to follow you ofcourse."i said

Leah was driving.and i was sitting in the passenger's seat.again.she showed some kind of o.c.d behaviour when it came to this car.she wouldn't even let me touch so me offereing to drive us back to forks had been in vain.to top that off she had also called me a sexist.not that i was.

"so..uhm..dont tell anyone..or you know think aloud when you are in your wolf form about..you know us."Leah said akwardly. ofcourse i was not going to think aloud about our personal life when in wolf form.that would be creepy.(warewolves can read each other thoughts when in wolf form)but i did want everyone to know that we were together.

"why not i want to everyone to know we are together."i said."no we are not.and you promised me you wont tell anyone."she screamed hissed at me.her knuckles tightning on the steering wheel."no i promised not to tell you i loved you anymore."i said."you just said it again"Leah screamed at me again."and what is it about us not being together."i said ignoring her,by this time i had strated shaking.i was on the verge of shifting,i was more hurt than angry.Leah sighned "Embry its just..we are not."she said calmly,stopping the car near the road and turning to look at me."so what was that last night.i am some kind of fuck buddy to you.to just bang me when you feel like and go on back living like nothing happened."i knew i sounded like a girl in some cliched movie,but i was feeling like that.and it hurt so fucking much.

before she could reply and tell me yes that was exactly what i was to her,i almost tore off the door of her car,good i hope i caused some serious damage to her precious car.i ran towards he woods and shifted as soon i was behind the walls of the trees.i ran and ran.i howled over and over again,hoping that it would take some pain again
