Virgils POV
I wake up in a lot of pain. I try to move my head, but it was very painful. As I try my hardest to look around, I see I am in an all white room and I see a window. I lift myself up as much as I could, fighting the sharp pain in my leg. I finally sit up and I look at my leg. I see a bullet hole in my leg. I try to move it, in my suprise I could. I swing my leg over the bed, and I swing my other leg over. I grab the edge of my nightstand and stand up. I take a step forward and I fall. I hit my head onto the wall and then I fall onto the floor. After what feels like forever a nurse comes in.
"Virgil! Here let me help you up." She says. She picks me up off the floor and puts me onto the bed.
"Virgil, I will be right back. Your friends are here." She says
I think, what friends? All I had was John right?
After a few minutes the nice lady came in with 4 guys. One had a black shirt on, with a blue flannel and Jean's. Another male was wearing a red football Jersey. The shortest of them all is wearing a blue shirt and a gray jacket wrapped around his waist. Then another male came in. He was wearing a rainbow jacket, black shirt, and he had rainbow shoes. I look at the male in rainbow cloths.
"John?" I say. Looking at him. It was so good to see a person I recognized.
"Hi Virgil. It's me Blade." He says. He walks over to me and sits on my bed right next to me.
"What day is it?" I ask. Putting my hand on Blades leg looking into his eyes.
"Virge, it is 4th Of July." Blade says.
"Hey Virgil." The tall man in red said.
"Hi buddy." I say trying to be nice. I had no idea who was in the room other than Blade. Everyone else kinda scares me.
"Its me Roman, what do you remember?" The tall man says to me as he walks closer.
I look at the male with the light blue shirt on, his eyes were filled with tears. I look at the other man, he was wearing a tie and a blueish black shirt. He looks so speechless. They look like they all just lost someone.
"Guys, why do you all look like you just seen someone get murdered?" I ask with laughter in my voice.
Then before I knew it the male in light blue was crying and hugging the male with a tie on. Why is he crying. I turn around to see if someone died behind me. No one was there. Seeing them like this made me sad and gave me anxiety. I look back at Blade and looked at him with confusion.
"Virgil." Roman says while he takes my hands. "It is me Roman, and Patton" he says pointing to the make in light blue. "And Logan." He says pointing to the one with a tie. "I am your boyfriend, these are your bestfriends." He says while tears form in his eyes.
"Haha, Virgil so funny!" Patton says while wiping tears away.
"What is so funny?" I say while looking at Blade.
"This is some joke right. I know I am the one for the jokes but man you got me good for a minute there." Patton says
"Um, what are you talking about?" I ask looking at him.
"He was shot in the leg. The shooter probably shot a nerve and now he doesnt remember anything." Logan says with a worry in his voice.
"Can you tell me the last thing you remember?" Logan says
"Um." I think really hard. "I remember I worked at a movie theater, my mother is alive. My father died in a car accident. My sister was at home. I lived in College City then we moved." I say
"You have a sister?" Patton says
"Yeah her name is Riley." I say. "Riley Moorse." I say smiling. "We get into so much trouble." I say
"Virgil, you never told us you had a sister." Logan says. "Also your mother, she died the first day you went to school."
"My- what- how!" I say. I loved my mother. Why didn't I tell them about Riley.
"I Virgil everything is fine." Patton says
"Virgil, should we go?" Blade asks
"Yes, but take me home." I say
Then the nurse comes into the room.
"Virgil you are free to leave in 1 week for testing and stuff." She says
"Well I guess your not going home today." Blade says as he hugs me. I hug him back.
"Well we should he home now." Logan says, "Goodbye Virgil."
"Bye!" They all say.
"Bye guys." I say as they leave the room.
