Chapter Twenty-Two

T/W : Guns, Death, Past.

Virgils POV

I hear a knock. "Deceit! Someone's here!" I yell.

"I ordered pizza!" He yells back.

I get up off the couch and open the door. "Hello 2 pizzas for Virgil M?" A fine, brown haired fellow asks.

"That's me!" I say, "here is the money."

"Oh no, its paid for, um may I use your restroom?"

"Sure." I let him into the cabin and so him the bathroom.

He exits the restroom and walks into the livingroom. "You know it cold outside."

"Um, well your car is probably really warm." I say just wanted the pizza.

I hear 4 car doors open then shut. What is going on. Deceit comes running in after hearing the car. I look at the stranger in the livingroom, I look at him again James! (First book, Chapter 20-21)

Then I see Roman, Patton, Logan, and Remus run into the cabin. Everything happened so fast.

I look at James, he had a gun out. I look at the gun in fear. I hear screams in the background. But the main thing I could hear was the sound of a gun going off and the pain in my chest.

I knew this was the end, this was it, my time has came and I wasnt getting a second chance. "Goodbye." I say with all my might. Then everything went black.

Roman's POV

I wake up on the bright Saturday morning, I am so ready for the weekend. I walk into the kitchen to see Patton wasnt making breakfast. It was 9:04am and the front door was wide open. I go to shut it and I see the Impala was gone.

Virgil must have went to the store. I turn around and Patton and Logan was up. I mentally laughed they both looked like a mess and came from Logans room. I smile and sit on the couch. "Sleep well you too." I state.

"Yeah."

Then this ear piercing sound came from our phones and TV. It was an amber alert made by the police was sent out. I looked at the TV to see 2 familiar faces beening shown. Virgils and Deceits.

Virgil went to talk to Deceit but Deceit kidnapped Virgil and they are now both missing. We all looked at eachother. "Oh no." Came for Logan. Patton cried of his Boyfriends shoulder and I looked right into Deceits yellow eyes.

"This isnt right." I say. Then I look back at Virgil. I loved him and Deceit probably murdered him already.

1 day later

We think we know where V and D are. Deceit had a cabin that he took Patton to 1 time. We pulled in and we see there is a car there. The front door was shut. We look at the only car there, it was a pizza place car.

"We probably have the wrong house." Patton says

"If we do we do, we are still going in." I say.

We run into the house and I see Virgil and Deceit standing in the dining room, with a man standing in the Livingroom. Virgil looked at me and smiled then at the man in fear. I see him pull out a gun. Deceit, Patton, Logan, Remus, and I all yell. But next thing we know the trigger was pulled. I hear Virgil say a fant goodbye and then he fell to the ground.

I wanted to charge and the man but my friends pulled me back. Then the man turned around. I knew him. James! Then another shot when off. James fell to the ground.

Deceit runs to us and we all cry without saying anything.

2 hours Later

"Why did you kidnap him!" Patton yells.

"I knew James was after V. I had to make sure he was safe. I didnt shoot V, James did. James wanted him dead." Deceit yells back.

"Why?" I question

"He wanted revenge, Virgil made him go to prison and he wanted Virgil dead."

"How do you know this." Logan asked.

"I ran into James one time after he escaped prison. We were in the bar and he went on and on about how he wanted Virgil dead. I didnt think it was my Virgil maybe someone else."

"My Virgil!" I say

"What are we going to do, we have 2 dead bodies on the floor." Remus says.

We soon call the police and take with them about everything.
