Hey ya'll, Carter here. Not much to say here, but I really hope you all have been liking how I've been taking this volume so far. There's a problem though, and that we are now in chapter 8. I wanna ask, if you guys mind having more chapters than necessary for this volume, as I've had lots of ideas to implement into the volume. Anyways, without further ado, let's get into it.
(A/N: Also, I want to shoutout @livencara for helping me out with some of her ideas. She's doing a creepypasta book, so if you guys would like to check that out, then send my regards to her. She's also a pretty close friend of mine, and has inspired me to make this chapter spice up with some horror.)

"Right, ya'll know what to do?" You asked.
"Yup. I'll go with you to explore Alvin's room." Grace responds.
"I'll help out Mirage and try to gain as much information from Lydia." Heath states.
"And, I'll watch over the kids." Clark finishes.
With the plan set in motion, you stood up and walked with the kids to wash your dish.
So far, the kids have been treating like normal children. There wasn't anything suspicious, anything spirit-like regards to the children.
"Aren't they supposedly spirits manifested as a child's body, acting as a child but with a mind of an adult?"
With this thought in mind, you and your camp-mates walked back to your table to start the plan.
Y/N: Well ya'll, let's move. Remember, if you need help, call through the scroll, and we'll be there.
Heath: Roger that.
Mirage: Got it.
Clark: Heh, obviously.
Grace: Good luck to you all.
Heath: Right. Let's go, Mirage.
Heath and Mirage then walks away to find Lydia.
Clark: You kids stay safe. That's the priority here.
Y/N: I hear you. We will, don't worry.
Clark: I have your word.
Clark then leaves, leaving you and Grace alone in the hallway. She then turns to you.
Grace: Alright then... Let's get exploring.
She then walks outside the kitchen.
Y/N: Yeah, let's.
You followed behind her and drew alongside her.
Y/N: So, you know where to go?
Grace: Yep. I managed to fished out information from that kid. He told me where the rooms are.
Y/N: Oh, sweet! Then lead the way!
From the kitchen, she takes a left and you both ended up at some stairs. Walking up the stairs, she takes a right and leads you towards a hallway.
Grace: He said by the end of the hallway is where all of the kids stay in.
Y/N: Mmm, okay then.
You both then walk down the corridor. And, as you do, you can't help but feel an ominous atmosphere surrounding the area.
Eventually, you found yourselves in front of the kids room.
