Nick and Skye had been going out for three weeks now, and it seemed that ising this vixen to get over Judy was working for Nick. He still had feeling for her, but he guessed those feeling would never go away. The most he could do was try to ignore it.

Skye was nice, she really was, and Nick wanted so badly to love her the way he did Judy, but it wasn't working.

Judy loved Jack, but Nick loved Judy. Skye loved Nick, but what the fox, nor the vixen, didnt know, was that Jack had seen himself falling for Skye.

It had started when she joined the trio for movie Night. Skye was beside Nick on the couch, and Judy and Jack had curled up together on the recliner. Jack had went into the kitchen to get a beer, and Skye had followed to grab a drink also.

"So, does it bother you to be friends with foxes?" Skye asked with a chuckle as the two engaged in convoersation.

"Of course not," Jack chuckled," Why would it?"

"Oh you know," Skye said," The whole thing with the media and all."

"The media is stupid," Jack responded," I know you, and I know Nick, and you two are the coolest foxes I know."

"Thank you," Slye smiled," You know, Judy is a lucky girl to have you."

Jack chuckled a little as he felt himself...blush?," I think Nicl is luckier."

The bunny slapped himself mentally for what he said," How is that?"

'Good going savage' the bunny thought to himself," Nothing, just forget it."

"Ok then," Skye chickled," I'm going back in there, the movie is about to get better, I can tell."

Jack nodded his head as she left, and the bunny had to sit down," Jack, you love Judy. You cant start having feelings for another mammal, but.....I think I do."

The rabbit got up finally, and went back into the living room. Judy snuggled up into the rabbit's arms, and Jack held her, but it felt different. A bad different.

The bunny shook it off for now. He had a good thing going with Judy, and he didnt want to mess that up.

However, though tonight had brought out alot of realization, none of the four mammals could have ever prepared for the shock they got the next day.

"Hopps. Wilde. Savage," Bogo said to the three cops who were now sitting side by side in front of the chief," We have a murderer on the lose, and it is serious. This case is priority number one."

The three mammals nodded their heads, a little nervous as to just how serious it could be. The chief made it sound more serious than just a murder, in fact, the chief worried himself.

Nick was the one to flip open the files as the three settled into their office," Ok. Three homicides. A twenty three year old Badger. A thirty five year old pig. And a nineteen year old hair."

"What's the connection?" Jack asked with a raised brow.

"From what the files say, nothing. The only thing connecting the crimes is that they were killed with the same blade."

Judy's ears went down," So, what do you think? This mammal is killing them for what? A sport?"

"That's what we need to find out," Nick responded," Let's get to work on background checks of the mammals. Maybe the chief missed something."

The officers searched through the names and connections which they had, until Jack gave a gasp that started Nick and Judy for a moment," I found the connection."

Nick and Judy rolled to his computor and said," What did you find?"

"All of them were born in the same town, and it wasn't Zootopia."

"Then where?" Judy asked.

"Bunnyburrow."

Nick's heart stopped at the news. If THIS was the connection, then Judy was a potential target," What do we do with this information?"

"Well," Judy said," Its been a while sense we went undercover, and my parents have been asking for me to visit."

The fox and rabbit agreed with Judy's idea and Nick said," Well then, let's pack."

AN- I liked it...hope you did too. Honestly, it was a little difficult to write. Writers Block is starting to have its way with me again. But, imma try to get through it for you guys. Till next time.....
