Two days later police were called to the home of Richard O'Grady. Lena Benson returned to town after spending the last several weeks at her sister's. When she called to check on Richard, he didn't respond.
Worried, she hurried over to Richard's home. She noticed the blood stains on the doorknob. When she came inside, she screamed. Richard was hanging from the ceiling only a few feet from where she stood.
His chest had been cut open, and a cord was tied around his neck. The worst part wasn't even her having found Richard hanging.
