July

Warm light streamed onto Jisung's face. He scrunched his nose, turning to his side so that the sun wasn't so bright. He stretched, his eyes still closed, and frowned because his face was still warm.

Slowly, Jisung opened his eyes and realized why his face was so warm. His eyes widened in shock when he saw Minho sleeping right next to him. They were laying face-to-face, with Minho's light breaths fluttering over Jisung's eyelashes.

Jisung was stuck between waking up Minho and relishing the moment. I mean, it was warm under the blankets, and Jisung was still a bit sleepy, so it's okay to lay there for a little bit longer, right? He stared, scared to blink just in case he missed anything that Minho did.

Jisung also adored how vulnerable and soft Minho looked. His features were relaxed and open, and he looked so peaceful and young. The brown haired boy adjusted his position to get a better look at Minho. His long eyelashes rested on his cheeks, and his pink lips were parted slightly. His body gently rose up and down rhythmically as he breathed.

Minho moved a bit, stretching out his arms and legs. "Staring, Jisung?" He asked playfully, his eyes still closed.

Jisung, who was most definitely staring, scrambled up in panic. He tried to simply sit up in bed and put some distance between him and Minho, but his legs got tangled in the sheets and he, very ungracefully, fell off the bed.

"Oww," Jisung groaned, rubbing his ass. He heard Minho laugh and tried not to look so flustered when Minho's head popped up over the edge of the bed.

"Are you falling for me already?" Minho teased, his voice still raspy from sleep.

Jisung hurriedly got to his feet and went to the door, turning just before leaving room. "In your dreams."

"Actually," Minho started, "in my dream you were begging me to-"

Before he could finish his sentence, Jisung slammed the door shut, flustered.

And just like that, the fun week was coming to a close. It was the boys' last day at Chan's Family Cabin, and they were all soberly packing their belongings and loading up the cars.

"Ah, why do we have to go home? Why?" Jeongin cried while tossing his suitcase into the back of Hyunjin's car.

"Ah, I promise you can come back next year, Jeonginie~" Chan cooed.

They all piled into the cars and drove away from paradise and back towards everyday life. On the car ride home, each person shared their favorite moments from Chan's cabin.

---

"Alright guys," Chan said, rubbing his hands together while his computer booted up. "Now that we're back, we have a lot of work to do."

The hyungs were gathered around Minho's coffee table. They met to discuss their newest client. Chan explained that this person was a mother of a fifteen year old boy. Her son had reported her to them for being an alcoholic and a drug addict. She was rarely home, but whenever she was home, she would be completely wasted, and she wouldn't care for her son.

"He's practically fending for himself at this point," Chan finished.

Everyone nodded, planning how they were going to execute this job. It would be fairly simple, just find the mother and finish her off quickly.

The plans were set, and Chan, Woojin, Changbin, and Minho decided to carry out the mission the next night.

Everyone left, and Minho went to his room to unpack. Once he dragged his suitcase into his room, he realized that he did not feel motivated to unpack. Instead, he leapt onto his bed and pulled out his phone.
