I opened my eyes to see uncle Felix smiling down at me, "Hey there, you ready to train yet?" I stared at him for a minute then jumped up out of bed. "Y eah! Totally." I smiled.
Uncle Felix picked me up and carried me on his back to the kitchen where uncle Sylvain was(the two of them were dating from what I heard from aunty Ingrid. They got together about 5 years ago. What was also surprising was that it was uncle Felix that asked uncle Sylvain.)

"Good morning uncle!" I yelled he turned around and smiled at me. "Yo Haru. You ready for breakfast?" He asked walking over to Felix and kissing him on the head.
"Yeah!" I said jumping off of uncle ncle Felix's back and began running to the kitchen table. Then there was a loud knocking at the door, uncle Felix walked over to open the door and aunty Ingrid came in.
"Hi Haru." She said with a smile. I ran over to her and jumped into her arms. Oh and also aunty Ingrid and uncle Felix are like best friends to me...sometimes i forget that they are older then me...
"You didn't eat yet? Come on let's go sit at the table." She said taking my hand and walking me to the table.
When we were finally served uncle Felix and uncle Sylvain began to ask me questions about what I thought about school. Aunty Ingrid asked me if I found any special person yet, which was he most awkward conversation of the day.
"Well Haru, your birthday is a little far away...but have you ever thought what you wanted?" I looked at uncle Sylvain for a moment, I actually never thought too much about it yet.
"Probably...for my parents to come home." The room was silent.
"Oh...I see." I looked at uncle Felix. "I mean they are coming back right? You said they would!" Uncle Felix looked away from me and sighed, "S-sure...they will."
I suddenly felt a little mad, my whole life I wished to see my parents...to find out who they were...but they never came.
"What were they like..my parents?" My two uncles looked at one another trying to think of something to say until my aunty Ingrid cleared her throat.
"Well..your father was a very brave man. He would always look out for everyone including you and your mother...he was very kind and understanding. Your mother was the same..they both were smart and cared about you so much..." Aunty Ingrid wiped the tears from her eyes.
"But then...why aren't they here? If they really loved me why aren't they back yet?" I asked feeling myself going on the brink of tears.
But no one answered...it was as if they thought..I was right. I ran out of the kitchen and back upstairs in my room. I slammed the door and jumped on my bed.
Why did my mom and dad leave me here...why did they never come back...do they not love me...am I not good enough? I shoved my head into my pillow and began to cry...
-TIME SKIP-
I opened my eyes...I must've fell asleep..I looked out the window to see all the stars outside. I held my pillow to my chest and contiued to stare at the stars.
Until out of no where a shooting star zoomed across the sky, I quickly tried to think of a wish....a good wish, I closed my eyes and wished for....my parents to come home...I want to hug them...and talk wih them...and I want to be with them forever...
I opened my eyes and sighed..as if......that would ever happen...
