"I couldn't promise not to kill that scamp." I coldly affirmed matapos nitong palabasin sa kwarto ang lalake. He was humanely accompanied by Cyprus' men—which he supposed not do! Binalaan ko si Cyprus at naniningkit ko siyang tinitigan. "He had served as a look-out—nakinabang din siya sa perang ibinayad sa kanila. He should be f****ing tortured, Cyprus!" My anger just consumed me. What more if Axiel would know this? She'd immediately get her gun and shot his bloody head right before her!

Cyprus puffed an air. "I promised him custody for his family kapalit ng pagsisiwalat niya sa mga taong siyang pumatay sa mga magulang ni Axiel. If you really want to insist that—go and get him after serving justice to Axiel's parents." I heaved an exasperating sigh coz the hell he was right! "Fine, moron!" I was thinking about Axiel's reaction when she knew about this. She'd probably got the worst one—her haunt for years. Shall I call her? I got my phone out of my pocket.

The door suddenly opened again. Before I dialed and reached for a call to Axiel. Her familiar physique entered the room! Everything was a slowmo. Nakatingin ito ng diretso sa'kin—all blank. Saka niya hinarap si Cyprus.

"The hell didn't you tell she's coming?" I stood up like a lightning here and stole her eyes away from Cyprus—nakakainis lang! Nagtapo ulit ang mga mata namin. How many times I coaxed myself to forget those?

"Let's talk about that later, Yzylla. For now, thanks for coming, Axiel. Please seat down." Talaga lang ha? At kailan pa sila naging magkaibigang dal'wa!? Doe it mean, he'd been connecting with her all the time!?

I knew what she was trying to imply—that last goodbye scene days passed. Maging ako rin naman. Hindi ko na ini-expect na magkikita pa kami. Siguro nga't magpapasalamat na rin ako sa gagong Cyprus na yun matapos ko siyang sakalin mamaya.

I was supposed to open my mouth and replied cheesy things but the door opened again. Napabuntong-hininga ako. Next time!

I immediately head straight here when Cyprus called me and told me things I was less expected. We're not friends but I knew he's a friend of Yzylla and been working as his private investigator. A good one!

Seeing him today and inhaling that familiar scent of him made me realized how I terribly missed Yzylla. Pero alam kong hindi ngayon ang tamang oras para sa kung anong nararamdaman ko sa kaniya.
