Ebony Winters swung a punch at the bully's head, landing a hard knock to the side of his face. His scream was a mixture of pain and anger, he went in for a rugby tackle, which Ebony side-stepped following with a swift elbow to his back, sending him face first into the concrete of the pavement. A loud thunk, followed then a groan told Ebony she could relax a little.
Billy Mason had been giving her trouble ever since she had moved to the city of Leicester after her parents had split just 6 months prior. She didn't talk to her father anymore, not that she cared. But somehow, even though she hasn't spoken to really one in her classes or school, it came to light that her parents were divorced. So, not only was she the new kid, but now there was more 'ammo' to use against her and Billy Mason had lapped that shit up like a dog at a water bowl, however since he started bullying her three months prior this was the first time he had tried to be physical with her.
"Next time you pick a fight, Billy" she spat
"Make sure you can actually win" She turns to leave then stops and turns her head back round
"Oh, and one more thing." She pauses for dramatic effect, barely containing a smirk as she looks upon Billy's pained face and his friend's scared faces. "Come near me again Billy, you or your little- "she sneers "cronies, and you won't be alive to regret it."
Billy just groans in response, but Ebony wasn't paying attention, for she had already turned the corner. Unknown to her someone had been watching the fight play out along the dark streets from the shadows of night.
The stranger smiles, a smug smile that show small white triangles glistening in the moonlight, and silently pursues her.
