Chapter 12: Let the nightmares begin

Rose's POV

Something fell on my head and the last think I remember was the voices of my friends. Then I passed out. When I woke up I was in a dark place full of shadows. Everything was quite. I started walking hopping to find a way out of wherever I was. It was like walking in an endless box. After a couple of minutes or hours, I wasn't so sure of the time that had passed, I was starting to lose hope. Suddenly I saw them. A blond girl with sparkling blue wings and a worm smile and a boy with black hair and red wings were coming towards me.

"Guys!" I shouted and ran to them. I hugged them tight.

"They must be here to save me" I thought but I was wrong. I broke the hug and looked at them pleading.

"Rose we are not here to save you" The boy said. I was really confused now.

"Rose something really bad is going to happen and we can't tell you what. This was the only way" The blond said. What are they talking about.

"Stay strong and good luck" The boy said and before I could say anything, they disappeared. Now I was really confused.

Suddenly the scene changed. I was now at school. But it didn't felt like school. I was standing by the gate when it glowed. A beautiful girl with blond hair and blue eyes came out. She looked like me! But much older. Then four people came. They looked like Hawk, Travis, Lingling, Astoria, Joy and Kira! But they also grow up! I figured out that they couldn't see me or hear me so I decided to follow them.

"We are so glad you're here" Grown up Hawk said.

"Where are the kids?" Grown up me asked worried. The others mentioned her to follow them. She nodded and they started running towards the school. I followed them. As we were getting closer to the Academy something started to smell weirdly. Like fire! I looked up and saw half of the school on fire! I couldn't believe my eyes.

"What happened?" Grown up me asked.

"We don't know. It's not even close to the potions lad" Grow up Kira said. Am I in the future? Is this what it looks like? If ye, I don't like it! As I was thinking all of this, granny and the rest of the professors came.

"What is she doing here's?" Pr. Snow White asked.

"I came to help! And I don't care what you think of that" Grown up me answered kinda rudely.

"You quited. Do I need to remind you that?" Pr. Snow White said. What did I do again?

"I've might quited but I am here now. We are seven again so we make the rules and give orders. Either you like it or not" Grow up me answered. She is so confident and determined. But I still don't get what they are talking about. Our grown up selves turned to the school.

"What do we do now?" Grow up Joy said.

"We have magic. Let's use it" Grow up me said. The others nodded. They used their magic and saved almost every one. There was something odd about their magic but I can't quit pout my finger on.

Suddenly a piece of the wall of the school fell and trapped two students. Grow up me turned her hair to see what had happened. When she realised it, her face was filled with horror and worry.

"Kids!!" She yelled and run to the spot. She immediately started to digg them up with the help of grown up Hawk. Likely the kids were fine. Grown up me told grown up Hawk to take the boy and the girl to safety. When he was far, on other peace fell and hit me!

Grown up Hawk told the kids to go somewhere safe. Together him and the others tried to digg grown up me. When they manage to do it, it was to late.

"Guys I think she is gone" Grown up Astoria said.

"No. She can't be" Grown up Hawk fought back.

"Andrew she is dead" Grown up Astoria said? Hold up. I'm dead.

"Noooo" I yelled.

Author's POV

"Nooo" Rose yelled as she woke up. There were tears running down her face. Immediately every one came running to the room.

"Rose what happened?" H. Cinderella asked worried.

"I had a nightmare?" Rose asked her self. Everybody nodded.

"But it was so real" Rose said again.

"Rose what did you see exactly?" Dr. Lefrog asked.

"I saw us. But older. And there was a fire. A piece of the wall of the school fell of and hit me. Then the rest of my team came to rescue me but it was too late. I was dead" Rose explained and trying to hold back the tears. Then Hawk came closer to her and hugged her tight.

"Kids you will have to excuse us for a moment" Dr. Lefrog said and took the lest of the professors to another room. When they were far enough, Rose sighed and turned to her fellow team members.

"I can't believe you saw the future" Joy said.

"Actually this wasn't the future but the past" Rose said. The rest of the team looked at her surprised.

"What I saw wasn't my death" Rose paused.

"It was Rosabella's" Rose continued and everyone gasped.

~Mean while with the teachers~

"Why is she seeing Rosabella's death?" Cinderella asked Lefrog as soon as they went to an other room close to the lad.

"Yeah, what's going on?" Rapunzel asked.

"I am afraid the situation is more difficult and more complicated than I imagined" Lefrog said. The rest of the teachers looked at him confused and mentioned him to continue.

"I am afraid that we are dealing with a nightmare curse. And this one is by far the strongest" He continued. Everybody gasped since they knew exactly what that meant.
