As the evening rolled around, Ludwig found that it would be a perfect time for a walk through the park. How he enjoyed his alone time, Ludwig was convinced it was more important then eating at times.

But, not everything could work in his favor. Alongside him, walked Lemmy, the second oldest of the Koopaling tribe.

Lemmy skipped flamboyantly beside Ludwig, making the older Koopaling cringe. "So... why exactly was it necessary for you to come along?" Ludwig spoke, his tone was coated in annoyance. "Bowser said I could!" Lemmy simply replied, reminding Ludwig of earlier events.

"Ah, yes... I remember now." He responded sarcastically, glaring at his younger brother briefly.

Golden hour began to fade as the sun set. The sky was filled with beautiful hues of purple and orange. It was a sight to behold.

"Wooow! Soo pretty..." Lemmy gawked, not taking his eyes away for a moment. Ludwig also found himself in a trance; this is exactly why he enjoyed evening strolls, it left him with a fulfilling feeling.

Soon enough, the sun had completely set, leaving the surrounding area dark. A dark shade of purple still lingered in the sky, as stars began to come into view one by one.

Ludwig promised Bowser he would have Lemmy back home at a respectable time. The blue-haired Koopaling would have enjoyed spending his night stargazing. Why did Lemmy have to come along? Now I must head back to the castle earlier then I originally intended... Frustrated, Ludwig shifted his sight to his younger brother. "Let's head back." Ludwig said with underlying disappointment.

"Okay!" Lemmy chirped, as he followed behind Ludwig intently.

The autumn air was crisp. Without the warmth of the sun, it began to feel a bit frigid. Lemmy shivered, while Ludwig seemed unfazed.

"I told you to bring your jacket." Ludwig said, matter-of-factly. "It was warm earlier! I didn't think I would need it...!" Lemmy defended, folding his arms to keep warm. "Well, perhaps you should listen to me next time," He lectured, "it would save I, and yourself some trouble..." Ludwig began to take off his blue jacket, now draping it around Lemmy's shoulders.

"I- I know. Sorry, Luddy..." Lemmy averted his gaze to the ground, a sad look in his eyes.

Ludwig rolled his eyes, letting out a sigh. "Let's just hurry and get back to the castle, okay?" He said, his tone sounding a bit softer this time.
Lemmy nodded, as he followed behind Ludwig.

The duo walked in silence, enjoying the serenity of the lovely night. The sky was filled with stars, some even shining a variety of different colors. It almost looked like a well thought out painting.

"Now I see why you like going on these walks!" Lemmy said. "At first, it seemed boring, but I'm having fun!" The rainbow-haired Koopaling exclaimed, as he looked over at his older brother. Ludwig seemed to keep his usual cold expression.

"Mhm." Ludwig simply responded, his voice low and calm.

As they continued on their way, something seemed to catch Lemmy's attention. The smaller Koopaling stopped abruptly, leaving Ludwig confused.

"What is it..?" He asked confused. "Look!" Lemmy exclaimed, pointing towards a dense patch of rustling bushes. Ludwig frowned in dismay.

"It's more then likely an animal of some kind.. let's be on our way. The castle is close." Ludwig didn't seem to interested. He had encountered plenty of different animals along his nightly strolls. He knew it was best not to bother said creatures.

"Yeah, but-" Lemmy paused, as the sound of whimpering caught his attention. It seemed to be coming from the bushes. "See! Whatever it is, it needs our help. It sounds hurt!" Without warning, Lemmy slowly began approaching the bushes, stepping into the thick vegetation.
