Zim woke up with a pain shooting all through his body. Dib had hung out with him the day before, and they stayed up most of the night playing games and such in the dark, and Dib had left just hours before sunrise to go home, just hours ago. Zim felt horrible for some reason, and he told Gir to call Dib to come over. Dib got there and gave him a quick check up, saying that he got a fever, probably from staying out in the cold so late the night before. So Dib stays with him and takes care of him until he's better.
(Can be vice versa and Dib is the one sick)
