Part 8 - Teenager's Romance.

POV Y/N:
You got up in the morning refreshed and ready for a new day. You grabbed your phone and took a peek at it and saw a text From Noah.
You smiled and opened it.
"Hey Y/N! Glad you were able to text me back, I thought I put in the wrong number lmAo. Anyways, have a good sleep <3 "
You felt your cheeks heat up and turn a vivid red.
You turned off your phone and left it on the bed as you hopped out of bed.
You put on (you can think of yourself wearing something else but here's just an example outfit for now) your camp shirt you got yesterday and a pair of ripped jean shorts.
You picked out the not as short ones, since the other ones would have broken dress code.
You wish you could've worn them since it was warm outside, and for um- other purposes.
You tied your hair up into a messy bun and left your bangs brush to the sides.
You looked decent after you put on some natural makeup and you walk out of the cabin.
There weren't many girls in there when you left, you hoped you weren't late.
You walked down the slightly wet grass and you saw your friend group, in swim gear?
You walked over to them and tapped Nicole's shoulder.
"Hey! " Nicole says as she looks at you form behind.
"Hey...what's going on? Am I missing something?" You mumble to her.
"Oh! We're gonna go on a canoeing today!" Nicole exclaims.
Noah and the others (Chloe and callie) hear nicole and turn over to you and Nicole from there conversation.
You look at them and smile nervously.
"Where can I get some canoeing gear?" You mumble and scratch the back of your head nervously.
"Here come with me and I'll help you!" Noah says and grabs your arm.

You pulled on the vest for canoeing and Noah helped you buckle it in the back.
You blushed slightly and little did you know he was also.
He finished helping you with your buckle and moved from behind your back to in front of you.
"Thanks." You said as you smiled and played with your hair a little.
Noah beamed and remarked "No problem."
You and Noah walked down back to the friend group, who seemed to already be getting into canoes.
Callie and Nicole seemed to be already setting up there canoe, at least there trying to.
Nicole seemed to be already on the canoe but she was super steady.
Callie was trying to get on the boat and Nicole was helping her by holding onto her hand and letting her in slowly.
The waves in the lake went a little higher than they were at the time and callie lost her balance and flopped into the water.
"CAlliEeeeeEeee" Nicole wailed
Callie was perfectly fine since she was floating in the water thanks to her vest but she was still soaking wet.
Nicole pulled her out of the water and back into the canoe.
"DonT diE oN mE sArgent" Nicole said jokingly.
Callie rolled her eyes and sat up in the canoe, causing both of them to fall in once again.
Noah chuckled and both you and Noah continued walking trying to find a canoe suited for the both of you and that was actually open.
You looked over and saw Chloe and another dude in a canoe.
They seemed to already be ready to go and they were talking.
Chloe was blushing and twirling her hair while talking to the dude.
The dude laughed at her remark and Chloe joined in.
Noah joined you as you both stared at Chloe.
The dude with Chloe noticed eyes on him and looked over at you and Noah.
You Both quickly looked away and confined walking to a canoe, without saying a word.

Noah got into the canoe and helped you in slowly and carefully and you both got in safely and sat down.
Noah made sure everything was ready while you were thinking about what just happened.
Noah finished and sat down next to you and looked out the water.
You wanted to talk about it to Noah and opened your mouth to say something but then closed it.
Now's not the time, he probably doesn't wanna hear about it.
It really wasn't that big of deal at all but it was to Noah, that why it was such a big deal to you.
"What was going on over there?" You finally brought up.
Fuck it, if he doesn't wanna talk about it I'll just apologize.
Noah frowned and looked over at you.
"Its just Chloe flirting with another guy, I-it's not that big of a deal."
(CHLOE ISNT ACTUALLY LIKE THIS CHLOE IF YOU SOMEHOW SEE THIS IM SORRY AHSHSH)
You frowned a bit.
"I would get why it's a big deal to you, trust me if anything more happens you and me will handle it.
You place a hand on his shoulder and looked him in the eyes worryingly.
Got it?"
Noah smiled and nodded.
"Of course." Noah replied.
"Now I wanna see you smile and keep that attitude schnapper!" You said jokingly and giggled.
Noah laughed and replied
"oF couRse *Y/N Nickname*"
You both laughed together.

POV: THIRD PERSON

Canoeing wasn't really a sport, well at least to some people. But to the camp it was just a fun activity to start off the second day.
The paintball was surely a fun challenge but canoeing was better. To Y/N and Noah at least.
It was there time to be able to talk to each other and catch up without being interrupted.
After going around the lake a couple of times and tons of conversation between Noah and Y/N it was time to come back to the camp and go back to the diner table. Like they do every night before bed.
Besides Sunday's which is when they go to the campfire.
POV: Y/N
You and Noah pulled off your vests and put them next to the canoe.
Noah yawned and stretches his muscular arms. You watched until he noticed you looking at him.
He smiRked and you looked away blushinG oOoo.
Callie and Nicole approached you both, not soaking wet at least but damp.
"Nicole can we just go inside and talk to them later I'm freezing-" Callie mumbled as her teeth chattered.
Nicole rolled her eyes and catches up with you and Noah while callie cuddles herself for dear life.
You took of your sweatshirt and handed it to her.
"Oh my god THANK YOU" Callie said as she pulled the sweatshirt over her head.
You chuckled and replied "nO problEm"
