lies (part 2)

it had been 6 months since you and finneas has broken up and you were a wreak. you barely went out of your house and the farthest you had walked was to your bathroom and fridge. y/b/f tried to convince you to take a walk around the local park but you just ignored her but y/b/f wasn't giving up.

y/b/f burst into your apartment with a wide smile on her face. you roll your eyes.

"what is it now?" you ask.

"guess what? i just got you a ticket to billies concert that's on tomorrow. a friend of mine couldn't go cause she was sick so she gave me the ticket but i'm busy tomorrow so i'm giving this ticket to you so you can get to see billie live." y/b/f says.

you didn't tell y/b/f about you and finneas being together, well you kinda did. you didn't tell her that your boyfriend was finneas, you didn't tell her his name which she didn't mind at all.

"y/b/f , i don't really want to go." you say. she shook her head and pulled you up.

"i have had enough of this bullshit, you are going and if you end up not going, god help me, i'll make you regret not going." y/b/f says. you agreed because this has happened before in a different situation and you did not want a repeat of that.

y/b/f squealed with excitement as you agreed and rushed to your bedroom to choose what clothes you should wear for the concert. you rolled your eyes and smiled a bit but soon quickly frowned, you going to the concert meant that you were going to see finneas for the first time in six months and that terrified you.

you arrived at the venue really early because you didn't want to be all the way at the back. god, this made you sound like a fan.

as you got out of your car, the gates were already open and the stage was huge. there were already a lot of people but you could manage to get a couple rows away from the barrier. you wore a hoodie on so fans could recognise you because fans knew that you and finneas were together but what they didn't know was the the two of you had broken up.

social media has been crazy for you. fans making your notifications go crazy as they wanted answers as why the two of you haven't been seen together in such a long time. neither of you had said anything about it. some fans have given you both some privacy but it was too overwhelming.

you managed to get at least four rows away from the barrier and the crowd grew huger and hunger as time went. soon there was about 20,000 people in the mosh pit but you weren't getting squished or anything like that.

soon billies intro came out of nowhere, startling the crowd and you as well. people laughed it off when they got scared and so did you. halfway through the intro, finneas and marshall, the drummer, walked onto the stage.

you felt scared for what his reaction might be and once he saw you in the crowd, he slung his bass guitar onto his back and ran across the stage to, what you were guessing, billie. when the intro stopped and the screen was white, billie and finneas were still not on stage. everyone was confused but you felt scared.

finneas returned to the stage with billie following closely behind. fans screamed in excitement but the screams faded and all was silence. you looked over to billie and she started jumping as soon as the beat of 'bad guy' started. everyone was jumping like kangaroos, copying billies actions. you didn't jump though, you couldn't bring your self to do it.
