jack was no stranger to words thrown at him. After all they were only words. They wouldn't affect jacks future because jack didn't see one for himself.
Ahead him the only words jack saw were the one written in stone 'In loving memory of jack Avery'
jack knew everyone had to die and some unlucky ones die early. Maybe that's why he couldn't see a future for himself because he had a sickening thought in his head that there was nothing for him.
But that never stopped him from trying to make the most of it. He always thought it would be nice to have someone along his side while he was still alive.

Painkillers and alcohol were some of his most faithful companions. no matter how many times jacks ex girlfriend Gabbie Gonzales came crawling back jack wouldn't care he would always have henny while she wasn't around.
despite jacks thoughts on his inevitable future and what he did to relieve his stress deep down he knew there was something out there for him.
