3'rd Person POV
Jack's bike was parked outside,he was eating his glutio's which he hated very much but their weren't very much gluten free products where he lived.Jodi waited by the bike rack waiting for Jack to finish putting his biking equipment on so she talk to him about Stig.
''You're not really gonna eat Glutio's, are you?''Asked Liz,Kimmy Stitcher's best friend.''They taste like sawdust.''
''Well, I can't have gluten and so, you know, kid's gotta snack.''Jack said as he rubbed his stomach.
''How about... Try one of these?''Liz said pulling a cookie out of her bag.
''You're gluten-free?''Jack asked her.
''Since 2012, baby.''She answered.
''All right. Hold up, no. That is not gluten-free.Who makes these?''Jack asked after taking a bite of the cookie.
''Girls Gone Vegan on Chestnut Street. I'll take you.''She said putting her bag back on.
''Where have you been my whole life?I was talking to the cookie.''He said making sure not to send her any mixed signals.
''Cookie. Yeah. Okay. Keep it.''She said in realisation.
She then walked away and left him to indulge in the cookie and put on his helmet.
''So, what, am I not cool enough for you to sit and have lunch with anymore?''Jodi asked approaching Jack.
''No, I was just, um... Stig asked me to sit by him for lunch, and I didn't want to be rude.''Jack said getting on his bike.
''Did he say anything to you about me recently?''Jodi asked.
''Like what?''Jack asked.
''I don't know. He just avoided me all day today, and I thought we had a fun night last night.''Jodi said.
''Yeah, I bet you did.''Jack said before riding his bike away from her.
''Excuse me? What?''Jodi asked him.
''Nothing.''Jack said quickening up his pace.
''He did say something. What did he say?''Jodi asked walking after him but he rode his bike faster.
''I don't know.''Jack said riding his bike in a different direction.
''Excuse me, I'm talking to you. What did he tell you?''Jodi said walking faster.
''Well, he said you guys kissed, okay?''Jack said.
''He what?''Jodi asked.
''You're going after a taken man, Jodi. There's plenty of other guys out there, available ones.''Jack said pointing at himself,he knew that he liked Y/N but he wasn't ready to admit it until he was perfectly sure of it himself.
''Just tell me what he said.''Jodi insisted.
''He said he didn't know who he liked more, you or Kimmy.''Jack said with a sigh.
''He said that? Then what'd you say?''Jodi asked nervously.
''I merely implied that, you know, maybe he should focus on the relationship he's already in with Kimmy.''Jack said nervous about Jodi would react.
''Oh, so you're looking out for Kimmy now? I thought you're supposed to be my friend.''Jodi said angrily.
''I am your friend. But if you can't have me, nobody can, isn't that the idea? Jodi, don't flatter yourself. I actually have a date with Liz to go to a gluten-free bakery.''Jack said bragging about the date he didn't have.
''Mm. The start of the beginning of no great love story ever.''Jodie said sarcastically.
''You may find this hard to believe, but I care about you and I just want to make sure that you don't get hurt.Wow.''Jack said looking in the direction of the school where he saw Y/N and at that moment he knew he fell hard literally as he fell to the floor after cycling over a rock.
Y/N who heard the crash came running with Luke loosely walking behind her.
''Are you alright?''Y/N asked him.
He nodded with a forced smile as he tried to get up but failed miserably.
''How about we take Jack home.''Luke suggested.
Jack shook his head.
''Jack,your hurt.''Y/N said.
Jack let out a sigh before Luke pulled him up.They walked a bit until they reached his house.
Jack knocked on and the door swung open to reveal Stig.
