Your POV

Without the night of sleep, I get out of bed at 6 and do my normal routine. Will wasn't up long after me, followed by Jonathan, mom, and Bob.
Mom told us she lost her keys and asked us to look for them.

"Jesus. Have you seen them?" mom asked looking under the couch cushions. "We're looking, Mom." Jonathan replied grabbing a coat. "Yeah, we're... we're looking." Will replied looking through a knapsack.
"- A-ha! Found 'em." came Bob's voice from the other room. I cocked my head to see him coming in from the hallway with the keys in hand. "Oh!" my mom exclaimed, going to retrieve them from Bob's grasp. "Hiding under some jeans, sneaky little buggers." Bob explained. "Thank you. Thank you. You're a life saver," mom kissed Bob then turned to Jonathan. "Can you take Will and Y/N to school today?I cannot be late again."
"He's staying over now?" I heard Jonathan mutter to mom. "Can you just take them, please?"
"I can take them." Bob volunteered. Mom looked to Bob and said "Will you make sure they get in okay?" mom asked of Bob. "Yeah, of course." Bob replied. "What do you say, kiddos?Wanna go for a ride in the Bobmobile?"
Will and I exchange looks before following Bob out the door after saying bye to mom and Jonathan.

As you know, I've been letting Will have shotgun lately. Usually that's the only thing we fight about. But, ever since he got back, I've been worried about him and felt that if he was in the front, he'd feel safer, and that's what I wanted.

"Was that you I heard milling aroundlast night, or was that a ghost?" Bob asked.
I in fact did hear Will last night, but nothing happened, so he didn't have another episode.
"Yeah. Me, probably." Will replied meekly. "Another nightmare?" Bob asked. "Um... no." Will answered. "Did I ever tell you about Mr. Baldo?" Bob asked, glancing at Will before looking back to the rode. "Mr. Baldo?" Will and I asked in unison. "Yeah. I was a little younger than you,  standing in line for the Ferris wheelat the Roane County fair. -And suddenly, I feel this fat white glovetap me on the shoulder. I spin around, and there he is.  Mr. Baldo," he then started to imitate the clown. "Hey, kiddo, would you like a balloon?"
Will and I chuckled. "Go ahead, laugh. It's funny. It wasn't funny back then,I can tell you that. I couldn't get him out of my head. Every night, he would cometo me in my dreams. And every night when he came to me...I ran," he sighed. "It got so bad that I mademy mom stay in the room with me until I could fall asleep every night."
"Really?" Will and I asked in unison. Really. It went on like that for months. And then one day,the nightmares suddenly stopped. Wanna know how?"
"How?" Will and I asked. "Well, I fell asleep... and just like always,Mr. Baldo came to me. Only this time, I didn't run. This time, I stood my ground. I just looked at Mr. Baldo in his stupid face, and I said,"Go away. Go away!" Just like that, he was gone.  Never saw him again. Easy-peasy, right?"
"Easy-peasy," Will nodded. "Just like that," Bob snapped his fingers.

The rest of the ride was quiet until we pulled up to the school and Will and I got out. "Have a great day, kiddos," Bob said to us before we closed the doors. We waved to him and headed into school. As we did so, I could see and feel kids staring at my twin as we walked in. I put a protective arm around him show that these kids will not have dominance over my brother. Will told me what happened before he appeared back in the Upside Down. These kids jumped out at him calling him Zombie Boy and Freak and I lost my shit when he told me. Of course I tried to stay calm, but I was still upset.

We got to Mr. Clark's class and Mr. Clark started to tell a medical science story. I noticed Dustin wasn't there. Maybe he was running late?
"The case of Phineas Gage is one of the great medical curiositiesof all time. Phineas was a railroad worker in 1848who had a nightmarish accident. A large iron rod was drivencompletely through his head. Phineas miraculously survived. He seemed fine. And physically, yes, he was. But his injury resultedin a complete change to his personality. So much so that friends that knew him started referring to himas "No longer Gage." At the time, this was knownas the American Crowbar Case. Although it wasn't a--"
He was interrupted when someone burst into the room, out of breath. It was Dustin. "I am so sorry, Mr. Clarke. Really, I'm so sorry. Please continue with the class. Don't mind me. Really, continue, please. Thanks." Dustin said as he hastily took a seat. I swear I saw something in his backpack move. Mr. Clark continued the lecture.
"Although it wasn't a crowbar,it was a rod, as I said,"
