Third Person POV

You and Dustin have been together for five months. It was June now and the two of you got together in December.
School is out now and the two off you have been doing immense studies already. He was studying science before he was going to a summer camp called "Camp Know Where". You were sad we would be gone for a whole month, but happy for him that he would be going to his favorite camp. You were learning a new language: Russian.

The two of you would do a date night at least once a month, whether is was going to Palace Arcade, or the new mall that opened up called Starcourt Mall.

It was a few days before Dustin had to go and you had no idea that that something would happen that would change your relationship forever.

It was family movie night and your mom had asked you to bike to the corner store for some snacks since she had forgotten to buy some earlier. She had given you the money and you biked over to the corner store. You bought popcorn, soda, and some candy.

As you were biking back however, you were stopped by a hooded figure.
"Hey Byers! Time to pay your price!" the figure said. The figure had looked so familiar. You made a sharp turn and headed down an alleyway. Normally there was an alleyway near the corner store that made a shortcut for you, but this wasn't that alleyway. There was a dead end. "Shit!" you cursed."
The hooded figure had followed you into the alleyway. You reached for your pocket and took out the knife you always kept with you.
"Stay back, you bastard!" You shout, pointing the knife at you. The figure then took out a gun and pointed it at you. "Drop the knife, Byers. If you wanna live,"
Complete fear had taken over you. You drop the knife. The figure reared closer to you and picked up the knife. "I always wanted this back,"
He then struck you across the face with the knife. You whined in pain as you felt the sting and warm blood trickle down your cheek. He then pinned you against the wall. "Remember me, Byers?" the figure sneered.
"T-T-Troy?" you stuttered. He looked a lot older. He smirked. "Hear you're dating Toothless. What the hell would you want to do with the likes of him?" he asked. "Why the hell do you care?" you hissed. "He's about to be single,"
"What the hell do you-"
He interrupted you by smashing his lips onto yours while holding the gun up to your head. You didn't kiss back, but you didn't move because you were afraid he'd shoot. You felt his tongue try to gain access to your mouth, but you wouldn't budge.  He then squeezed one of your breasts. You squealed and his tongue slipped into your mouth. He gripped the gun tighter to your head. His hand moved from your breasts to your butt and he gripped it. You felt your eyes sting with hot tears as Troy was doing this to you.

Once he was done with you, he sneered. "Break up with Toothless or both of you will be dead,"
"What? You can't control who I love!" you snap as you felt tears trickle down your cheeks. "No, but this can," he held up his gun. "Now go. I'll be watching you,"

You nod cautiously. You took your bike and rode off. The groceries rattled in your front basket as you rode to Dustin's house.

Your POV

I don't wanna do this. I don't want to break Dusty's heart. I'll lose him forever.  As a boyfriend and my best friend. But, Troy looked really serious. I had to save him and this was the only way.  I heard thunder in the distance. I knew it was going to rain soon. I had to do this quick before it started raining. I hate biking in the rain.

I got up to Dustin's house and knocked on the door. Dustin's mother answered. "Oh, Y/N dear. Come on in," she welcomed. "Cant Ms. Henderson. Is Dustin here? I need to talk to him,"
"Oh, sure." She replied. She yelled for Dustin and Dustin came running. "Oh hey, Y/N/N (your nickname). I thought tonight was family movie night."
"We need to talk," I said briskly. He looked at me worriedly. He came out and closed the door behind him. "What happened?" he asked, pointing to my cheek. "Nothing. It's just..."
