Chapter 6
Louis’ POV
Something is up. The way she said thank you to Zayn was full of love. “MIRA! Get ready! We are going shopping with the girls!” I shouted, “OKAY SIR TOMMO!” She shouted back. Something is really up.
Mira’s POV
Damn. I said thank you to Zayn in a weird way. It’s like full of love. We never really did anything! We were just hugging on the bed and we did talked a little I guess. But somehow I was happy. I never really told them the full story. There was more than just meets the eye. It’s either I keep it or tell them. Just as I was thinking, Louis had shouted and told me to get ready as we were going out. I sighed..
Zayn’S POV
That was weird. She said thank you for yesterday. I really glad that I made her happy. Or was she making a scene to look like she like me? Who knows..? Just as I was done with breakfast, Mira came downstairs as her straight hair was flowing down. She was wearing a long sleeved blue t-shirt and wore white jeans. She didn’t tie her hair and that made her look more mature for her age. She looked beautiful.
Mira’s POV
They stared at me for a while. I blushed deeper. Zayn continued to stare till Harry had tickled him, Niall was waving his hands near his face and Liam kept on calling his name. I laughed out loud. They stared at me again. “What? Never seen a girl laughed like this?” I rolled my eyes. I kept on thinking about the past and remembering him. Remember my step dad? Well, he had this friend. They were buddies but his son, Nathan, I fell in love with him. He did too. We were a couple. But I never felt that spark. He was handsome and all and he tried to make me happy. Sometimes, he ask me to come over his house. We were neighbours too so it was easy for me and him to see each other.
*FLASHBACK*
“Mira love! Come on in. Go up the staircase. You know where’s my room right? Nathan say sweetly.I nodded. As I walk through the living room, I saw Nathan’s dad, Mr Brown. “Hi Mr Brown, How are you? I said cheerfully. “Good actually! I didn’t knew you were here. Nathan ask you to come over? Oh, I have to go now! See you later,” He quickly grabbed his things and went out of the door. I walked up the staircase and went to his room. His room was as usual. Messy as ever. Minutes later, Nathan came in with food. He knows I love food! I didn’t actually thought that I like him. Even if I did like him, there was no spark. None at all. He put the tray of food to his table and came close to me. He kissed me deeply. He was touching me all over. His soft lips was touching mine, which was dry. He began to take off my jacket. I stopped him from doing it but he was strong he continued. “Stop.. Nathan, stop. I’m not ready,” I pleaded. “I’m sorry love. I should not have done that. I’m so sorry,” He said frantically. I just smiled and told him it’s okay. Suddenly, I felt a strong grip on my stomach and lay me down on the bed roughly. I realised it was Nathan. He was on top of me now. He tried to get my top off but I stopped him. I slapped him hard across the face. I grabbed my things and ran out of that house quickly. I was in my room now, crying my eyes out.
*FLASHBACK ENDS*
I could feel tears in my eyes but it never fell. I just could not afford to cry anymore. I was sitting on the couch waiting for them to get ready. My phone rang. I pick it up.
Unknown : Hey love. Forget about me already?
Me: Na..Na..than..n? Ho..w? What do you wan-t from m..me?
Unknown : I just want you. Heard you ran away. After that incident, your step father must really have hated you a lot. Just wanted you to know you are still mine.
Me: We..e ar..e over. WE ARE OVER! YOU CAN’T FIND ME! JUST GET OUT OF MY LIFE!
The call ended. That was it.
