The next to face the Ragnarock's wrath was Sati the fox and Zeus the gryphon.  Temperamental and cunning they soon found they could not agree in wits so chose to pass the time in napping and grooming of themselves.  Over this great process of soothing their nerves that that caused the hair to loosen in the first place, a great compiling of hairballs had accumulated.  Sati had taught herself how to braid her lovely orange hair - that also had some patches of white and black - into gorgeous rugs.  One rug she had tied into a great sack that contained the hairballs.

Zeus who had also gained the sight of an eagle from Anu the cat-bird acquired with it a fascination in predicting the moves of his opponent.  Until now he had done so with one eye blinking open now and then in imaginary scenarios of great battles.  Now he sensed a true battle was imminent.  He could smell the fear and panic of war.

Sati was pregnant with a numerous litter of winged foxes and felines fluttering around in her so she was resting on one of her rugs.  Zeus recognized that Anu may be able to see through his eyes since they had intertwined so he told Sati that the faint fire in now appearing blinking in the distance would prove to be a mighty foe and that he would draw it away with his smell.  She should cloak her light with her rugs.  With that he slung the sack of hairballs over his wing and bounded of taking flight.

As Zeus had predicted, Anu was honed in on the yellow gryphon.  But Neptune had already joined his wife's side merging with the dragon as well as the thousands of young that squirmed in his seahorse sack.  The reforming dragonkin sent out feelers sensing the unseeable darkness.  Waves went out unreturning until a few returned to its master informing them of a great object concealed below them.  Turning the dragonkin left off its pursuit of the winged lion.

The fox used her curvaceous charm and alluring tails to mesmerize the dragon as the rugs slipped from her.  Ragnarock - who was now a scally horse with feathery wings - sat panting happily at Sati.  The flames in his gut churned flashing so red hot his scales were translucent with it.  His many tentacles were ablaze with blue and green flame.  The circles in his eyes narrowed into the swords reflected in Sati's dancing eyes.

Sati who had predicted her spouses moves one step ahead of his pretended to desire the flapping Rags even more than he panted to be with her as she spun her tails around him.  Zeus turning saw what was happening and let a roar that shook them to their cores.  As much as Rags wanted to be lusty there was nothing more dragon-like than the roar.  Honed in again he bounded toward the lion the fox weighing him down as she clung to his side.

In her weakened pregnant state she began to see visions of her previous siblings Anu and Neptune beckoning to her to join them.  It was as if the dragon had countless eyes all over it blinking at her and surrounding her.  She let go but she didn't fall back.  She fell in.

It was difficult to consume and control this many passions at once so Ragnarock was not feeling united in his gaze.  He began to experience the dizziness of the pregnant Sati.  Stumbling he came to where he had last seen Zeus and extending his feelers he quickly plucked him up swallowing him whole.
