Rumple grinned, shaking her hand happily. He let go and spun around, walking down from whence she came.
"Do you want to say goodbye to your beloveds?" He asked her.
"No, they would try to stop me, I'll write them a letter explaining why I left, but not telling where and how we are going to The enchanted forest, when do we leave?" She asked, following him quickly.
"Midnight, meet me in the courtyard the opera house," he instructed her.
"But he will see us leave," she worried.
"No he won't, meet me there, I must go dearie," he said vanishing into thin air.
"Wait!" She said too late. A sigh escaped her lips. Christine headed to the Populaire, packing the things she needed. When she entered her dressing room on her vanity laid a red rose with a black ribbon and a note with his wax crest. She hurried to the note, opening it quickly. It held words that would haunt her soul as long as she lived."You will never escape your angel of music."
The young soprano covered her mouth and started to sob, knowing he was right.
She cleaned up and composed her self, then began to prepare for her departure. She couldn't tell them where she'd gone, though they couldn't follow where she was going, wherever that may be. Taking one last look amongst her room, her bag in hand, draping her cloak over her head. When she walked from the room, a burden of guilt and a feeling of a similar sorrow.
At the stroke of midnight she entered the garden of which she was to go. Rumplestiltskin sat criss-cross on a stone table with a grin.
"Said your goodbyes dearie?" He asked with a short laugh.
"Yes, my farewells are complete, I'm ready for whatever you have planned," she said, holding her small bag of her belongings. She pulled her cloak closer to her as white sparkles rained from the sky.
"Wonderful! Let us go," he grinned, appearing next to her looping his arm with hers. He threw what looked to be a bean into the middle of the garden. A green mist began to swirl, creating a hole into the ground. Rumple held out his to Christine, she looked hesitantly at it then took it. The two jumped into the swirling portal, passing the point of no return.
