Tris POV
Typical stupid Monday. Is it just me or on Mondays does everything just seem worse. Cereal that you loved on Saturday now taste like the worse thing in the world, and the birds that you loved waking up to on Sunday suddenly are so aggravating you want to chuck a rock at them. Well today is Monday and that's how I feel. I throw on a loose flower print dress, some brown combat boots and a dash if nude/pink lip gloss. I quickly grab some of that disgusting cereal and hop in the car.
When I get to school I notice something different. Everyone is running around and whispering to each other. I start running because I'm almost late and find my seat in music. I talk with Chris and get the recording studio set up when suddenly one of the office staff, Mrs. Thomas, comes in with a boy I've never seen before.
"Hello everyone. this is Luke the new student ." I finally get a good look at him.......whoa. He has bright blue eyes and a blonde pho-hawk, cute! "Um Tris, I need you to walk him through his classes and show him all the works of the school." I nod and join them at the door.
The office manager quickly walks away without a word soon after that, weirdo. "What's your schedule?" sure enough it's the same as mine, sweet! We start to talk and laugh around the school and at one point I think I caught him staring at me. We are about to reach the athletics part of our tour when I hear a cough around the corner.
