Luke's POV
I'm walking outside so I can meet Tris after the bell finally rings saying school is over. That's when suddenly that girl Lauren comes up and leans on the wall closing off my path.
"Excuse me" I said annoyed,
"Oh sorry i didn't see you there, Luke is it." She says twirling her hair around her finger. I just roll my eyes and try to walk past her. That's when she follows me walking like she's having a heart attack (AN:I'm sorry if I was being disrespectful by trying to make a joke out of the heart attack it just worked in this context and I would never be mean on purpose).
"So do you so do you play football."
"Yes" I say but try to brush her away.
"Are you going to try out for the school football team."
"Yes" I mumble.
"So...............
"Ok I don't know what your deal is but I know that you're not just trying to be nice so just go away." That's when I storm out of the building.
I then spot Tris is the parking lot standing next to a black jeep.
"Is this you're car!?" I yell
She starts laughing. "Yes it is."
"It's so beautiful" I gush. And it is. Black shinny coat with some banged up edges.
"That's really surprising." Tris says.
"Why"
"I don't know, it's just most boys like fancy sports cars and stuff." I smile and so does she. She is so cute. We then get in the car and she drops me off at my house.
