Two chapters in a day!
"OH MY GOD! You're bleeding! What happened Mel!" I heard as Emilia screamed. I turned around quickly, making me clutch my side as pain erupted throughout my abdomen. I staggered backwards, almost falling. Luckily Emilia was able to catch me .
"Shit Mel! Here sit down, I'll patch you up." She said as she put the toilet lid down and grabbed the first aid from the cabinet below the sink.
David obviously hearing Em scream, rushed to the bathroom to see what was happening. "Holy shit Mel! I'm pretty sure you didn't just pulled a muscle! Are you okay?" He asked as Em replaces the old bandages.
"Oh I'm perfectly fine! Apart from the fact that I'm bleeding from my side! Yup totally!" I said sarcastically.
Just as Em finished wrapping the bandages, she started questioning,"Mel, how the heck did this happen? I know for a fact that jumping can't make a cut this deep. I also know that you aren't clumsy enough to hurt yourself like this!" She looked at me caringly.
Well there goes my options. What can I possibly tell them Sha? I don't want them to get involved!

Shadow suggested.
I sighed before saying," I didn't want to tell you Em, but I guess I have too... so you know why I don't have many friends? Or why not many kids hang around me. It-It's cause, well they all bully me. Pretty pathetic–" Before I was able to continue Emilia wrapped me into a tight hug, crying.
"Why didn't you tell me this before? I could've told someone!" Emilia said.
I mean, I've only known you for a week and a few days. Then again, you're still better than the kids I've known for years.
"Em, t-they won't do a goddamn thing. I've been telling them since freshman year, and they haven't done a thing." I said, patting Emilia's head. I looked up to see David clenching his fist.
"B-But for it to get so bad?! Why didn't they do anything when it started to get physical?!" Emilia sobbed.
"Well, there was this one teacher, but he was transferred to another school. The teachers didn't do anything, why? 'Cause they don't get paid enough to care. Please don't cry over me, Em. I'm much better now that you're here!" I said, trying to reassure her.
"That doesn't give them an excuse Melody! They should've done something! It's their job after all!" David shouted.
I didn't notice the tears trailing down my face as I smiled. "I'm so happy to have such great friends. I wish I knew you guys sooner. Now come on, your mom might find it weird that we're all crying in her bathroom at five in the evening." I said as I pried Em from me.
Em sniffed and reluctantly got up. "Does your dad at least know? I mean how could he possibly not know! Why hasn't he done a thing?!"
I should tell them shouldn't I? But then John could easily lie his way out, especially since everyone at school is against me... I can't tell them the truth. At least not yet.

I guess so.
"H-He knows, and he tried to do something, but it didn't work that well. Let's get just go watch some tv. The mood just got pretty dark again, huh."
