Bonus Chapter 2

"Doc may nag hahanap po sa inyo sa labas." Salubong sa akin ni Arya sa grand foyer pag pasok na pag pasok ko pa lang ng bahay. Kinuha nito ang dala kong bulaklak para kay Alex at cake para sa mga bata.

"Sino yon?" Balik tanong ko dito ng makapag palit na ako ng sapatos.

"Babae po, June Anthoinette raw po ang pangalan nya." Kumonot ang noo ko dahil wala naman akong kakilala na may ganong pangalan.

"I don't recognize the name. Pasyente ko ba?"

"Mukha naman pong hindi doc." Sagot naman nito na mas ikinalito ko. Papaanong may nakapasok sa village na hindi man lang kami naaabisohan ng mga guards mula sa main gate?

"Sige, patuloyin mo sa may gazebo." Sagot ko saka ako tuluyang umakyat sa itaas para mag bihis. It's been a hectic day for me these past two days. Ang gusto kasi ni Alex ay tumigil na ako sa pagiging full time doctor at mag focus sa family business namin. She wanted dad to have more time with mom at siempre sa mga anak namin. Kaya kasama sa pamamahalaan ko ay ang iba't ibang negosyo ng mga Faulkerson. She wanted to help me manage their businesses too but I decline. I don't want Alex to work in a corporate office. I wanted her to be a full time wife and a mother. It's more a fulfilling job than being a CEO na sya namang nagustohan nito. And next month, I'm officially resigning from being a full time doctor dahil tatanggap pa rin naman ako ng mga consultations and possibly do surgeries. I love my profession and being a doctor is also a fulfilling job. I smiled at that thought. Many years ago, I wanted to be a lawyer just like my lolo Erneng but then I ended up with a different profession. When Alex was young, before she became a nascar driver, she was already really into racing and because of that, I became a doctor because of my fear about her passion. She was so into car racing at nang minsang matapilok ito at nag karoon ng sprained, I suddenly had that fear of her being in an accident. Paano kung walang magaling na doktor na titingin dito? That prompted me to peruse orthopedic instead of my dream of becoming a lawyer.

And now, since she is no longer into racing, ang mga negosyo muna ang aatupagin ko. While my partners handle the island, I handle the mainland. Sa tulong ng aking asawa, we already have two chartered planes and of course Alexandrea our yacht. And the Château Isabel has been doing really good. Pag katapos kung mag bihis ay kaagad na akong bumaba para salubungin ang nasabing bisita.

"Hello." Pauna nyang bati ng makita nya ako. She looks oddly familiar yet I can't put where I met her. "You have the nicest view here doc. I never thought such place exist here in the metro. Wow!" She continued as she surveyed the horizon.

"Thank you. Please take a seat."

"Salamat. I guess you have been thinking who am I, am I right?" I crossed my arms and look at her. Pero hindi ko talaga natatandaan kung saan ko sya nakilala. "Long time ago, I met five boys. I was just starting then and I wanted to have a big break. And I almost had it but then it slipped. The biggest and the brightest stars slipped my hands and that was because one f the five boys man handed me. Me? An adult, man handed by a minor."

"I assumed kami yon?" Me, Marco, Cedrick and the Faulkerson. I could somewhat recall but I wasn't really sure.

"Ahuh! Hindi mo talaga ako natatandaan?"

"Get straight to the point Miss?"

"Twaswritten." I was taken a back. Somewhere in my life I did met her. I knew I have met her but when and where I couldn't put words into it, then it hit me!
