"J-Just forget it..." Todoroki scratched down the back of his neck, hoping to not hear you ask him again. "You'll just think I'm an idiot."

Your eyes widened, more than you thought was capable. It didn't hurt, though. It just made your eyes water a ton quicker.

"Bye..." He waved to you and started to head towards his seat.

"W-Wait..." You grabbed onto his wrist, pulling his arm towards you.

Your strength was nothing compared to his, though. He pulled away easily, only making you need to scream to get his attention.

"I SAID F*CKING WAIT," you paused for a moment, trying to contain yourself with many different orbs staring at you.

"When did (Y/N)-chan get such intense language?" Uraraka was staring in disbelief that you had just cussed the mother of all curse words, the "F-bomb".

"I won't ever think that you're an idiot. Well, except for when you act like one for thinking of yourself as one. The most idiotic thing that you've ever done involving me," you made a quick pause in your sentence to sound a little more caring--at least in your mind it seemed so, "Is not telling me the truth..."

"OOOOO DRAMA!" Kirishima shouted from across the room, getting a slight elbow in return from Bakugou.

You soon realized that everyone was still gazing over you with stunned eyes.

"Um... Could you guys mind your own business? You're making this extremely awkward..." You managed a fake smile to hide your embarrassment from your extremely cheesy line you had just used.

"Sorry, it's kinda hard when the person you would least expect to cuss screams the F-bomb at one of their friends..." Midoriya had cut in, making sure you knew why everyone was staring at you.

"Oof..." You scratched the back of your neck and took a deep breath. "So, Shoto-kun... Will you explain now?"

He looked at you in disbelief, "Not here. It's personal and, honestly, I'd rather keep it to myself than tell it to a friend that I've only known for a couple of weeks."

You slowly deepened your expression, showing how you had been hoping that he would open up to you.

"You can't trust just anyone..." He slowly strode back to his seat, resting his head on the table from frustration.

Why did he say that last sentence so hastily?

You shook your head, lowering it as well, but just to think.

You can't trust anyone, huh? Well I'll be that someone that he will trust.

You smirked, weirdly seeming as a vicious way to express your feelings. You didn't mean it in that way. In fact, you just really wanted to get closer to your friend. He was a hard code to crack, making it even more fun getting to know him. The fact that you could end up becoming a shoulder to cry on, an instant reminder of comfort, and best of all--an amazing supporter, made you feel warm inside. You wanted to become a better person than you already were in the first place, coming to U.A. trying to gain a better personality. You seemed like an amazing and nice person on the outside, not exactly a Mary-Sue, but a far enough distance from it to be a great person and still have a nice life.

But that's all wrong...

I'm not the person you all think I am...

This next part was labeled "Chapter 6 and a Half" on my quotev but I'm gonna put it in the same chapter on wattpad OvO

Back at home, you decided that you would walk around the house. Staying in that chair all day wasn't the most comfortable thing and you needed to be ready for the USJ in a few days. Your head definitely felt better but you still had an aching sensation in the side of your head. You had gotten used to it by now, but if it was going to last for another 72 hours, you didn't know if you would be able to go to the USJ. You definitely wanted to, but your parents were probably going to tell you not to.

You hadn't even tested out how it had effected your quirk, if at all. That might not work out well with the fact that you wouldn't be able to try at home.

The least you could do is try to get the straining to stop so that you could focus.

Checking to see if my quirk is fine is something I could ask Aizawa-sensei, right? He wouldn't mind since it only involves something important in the next few days. I'll ask tomorrow, that way he can see that I am doing better and can walk around perfectly fine.

Without being able to check on your quirk, you had just decided to hang out with Uraraka or Midoriya since you had nothing better to do.

You picked up your phone and created a new group chat with just the two of them.

You

Hey, I'm free today so would you guys wanna hang out or something?

Ochaco Uraraka

Sorry! I'm busy today with my family! Maybe another time?

Izuku Midoriya

I'm also occupied today, (Y/N)-chan

You

Oh sorry for bothering you two!

I'll talk to you guys later

Bye

Izuku Midoriya

Bye

Ochaco Uraraka

Goodbye

Jesus Christ why does Uraraka-chan have to be so formal? And since nobody's available, the only other people that I have on my phone are Kirishima and Todoroki. I don't really want to hang out with Kiri today and Shoto is just mad at me or something. Oh well...

Soon enough your phone had buzzed yet again. It wasn't from the groupchat, though. It was some unknown number. You opened the text to read this:

Unknown:

Hey, I was going to see if I could look at *********** Tokyo, Japan if that's okay with you, Jeremy.

WHO THE HELL IS JEREMY?!?!

"I'll do anything to make you smile, I just never want to see you cry."
