Before I start this, I'd just like to let you know that he knocked on the front door, not the bedroom door.

This short moment had kept the sobs from coming out of her mouth, but that was only from surprise. She didn't expect anyone to come to her residence, but apparently, school was out.

What time was it? She wanted to check her phone, but she didn't want to break the eye contact that had come upon her and the heterochromatic.

Yes, Todoroki Shoto had shown up at her door. Not really a surprise, he wanted to talk to her earlier but she had shoved him away. Right now, she was 50/50 on shutting the door in his face or letting him in. Which side did she choose?

Well, she gestured for him to come inside, soon to sit on the sofa after closing the door. She quickly wrapped her arms around his torso, loudly crying into his shoulder.

He, for one, was not expecting this. Yes, he knew that she was pretty sad about the news of getting expelled, but was here to tell her good news. A smile would hopefully rise to her face when he would tell her.

"H-hey, don't cry." He didn't know how to comfort girls, yes he had a sister, but it wasn't like he would help her. She would be the one to comfort him. "Um, I came here to tell you something important." He went back to his monotone voice for this statement, his other holding concern for the girl.

"What could be so important? That they actually changed their minds and want to throw me into prison? That would just make everything worse." She sat there, looking up at him with confusion, but also anger shone in the glint covering her eyes.

"No. Not that. You're not expelled anymore."

"H-how? WHAT THE FLIPPING HELL?!?! SO I JUST LOST MY MI-" She was interrupted by his finger lightly touching her lips, notifying her to shut up.

"Shhhh. Don't yell. Yes, it was irrelevant for them to expel you, then take it back, but this is still important. I told them that their choice was idiotic. You didn't deserve to be shoved away. You helped so many people without thinking. That's a true hero, isn't it?"

She sat there in awe, not realizing that he out of all people would stand up for her. Did she really deserve this, though? They are right, she fought out of anger, wanting to destroy every trace of Shigaraki. But they didn't realize what mattered more, that she helped out so many people. All of those teenagers training to fight villains that worked so hard could've died then and there if she wasn't present. She changed their surroundings, possibly making it a little harder to have the villain fight, but she also gave All Might some time to show up. Then Bakugou and Kirishima helped. They were going to be next on the expulsion list, but because of (Y/N) getting back into the school, that didn't happen. She missed a day of very important classes because of that too. It was bullsh*t.

It was too late anyways. All of that crap happened, and nobody can change the past. If they could, they probably would.

(L/N) and Todoroki were still sitting there, bodies pressed to each other. It became awkward the longer that they sat there, silence becoming more and more unbearable.

Right as she was about to leave from his grasp, the door handle moved, the door opening quickly afterwards, creating an even worse scenario.

Her father was standing in the doorway, mother standing by his side with (Y/N)'s little brother standing behind the two.

"Why the hell is there a BOY with my DAUGHTER?!?" Her dad started yelling, being the overprotective father he was.

"Oh honey, stop overreacting. They're just friends," her mother added, reassuring her dad that everything was fine.

(Y/N) was so shocked that her parents had gotten there that she was stuck there, in place, holding onto Todoroki's torso.

"Hi. I'm Todoroki Shoto. Nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. (L/N)." He let go of her torso, waiting for her to let go of his so that he could stand up to greet them.

She let go, realizing what he was trying to do, soon standing along with him.

"Nice to meet you. I've seen you on TV alongside your father and knew that I had already talked with you on her phone." He mother added in something, soon triggering her father.

"You have his number too?! What am I missing here? There has to be at least SOMETHING going on between you two." Her father glared in their direction, making everything extremely tense.

(Y/N) started blushing intensely. She had never felt that way for anyone, and more than likely didn't feel that way about him, at least now.

Todoroki, dense as ever, didn't understand what he was implying, questioning, "What do you mean?" He clearly didn't understand. Has he been blocking everything out his entire life? Probably...

"T-Todoroki! Are you serious?" She honestly wondered how dense he was, leaving everything to go through one ear and out the other.

"Yeah. I'm genuinely curious. I don't understand what he's trying to say."

"Oh my god," she had given up by now. What was the point anymore?

"So you're not dating?" Her father asked, with slight frustration in his tone.

This was when Todoroki didn't even know how to respond, face turning from a pale shade to a bright red. It wasn't anger covering his appearance, it was embarrassment. "I-I'm sorry for a-asking..."

She just face-palmed, giving up and taking Todoroki into her room. She didn't close the door, since it would obviously worry her parents, but she cracked it three inches. (I hope you get what I'm referencing)

"Was there anything else you needed to tell me? O-or do you want to go somewhere maybe?" She stood there, rubbing the back of her neck while her face finally started to calm down from her father earlier.

"Um, well, we did find out that the Sports is coming up soon. Maybe we could go train?"

"Sounds good to me. Where, though?"

"I'll do anything to make you smile, I just never want to see you cry."

Hey there! It's late, I'm tired, and am planning to start the Sports Festival arc tomorrow. Stay tuned for that! I also got really excited for no reason about Taylor Swift's new album releasing yesterday, and I never realized it until like midnight. So basically this morning. Anyways, the relationship is moving forward! That's great, isn't it? I'm also trying to finish my upload for YouTube so I'm probably actually going to be posting the next chapter earlier than I have been tomorrow.
