A/N: About when this book ends...I see it as a television series with many seasons. I can say around chapter 80 but I'm not sure. Writing this has been the 1 thing keeping me alive and going and I'm attached. I wanna end it with a time jump where the characters are older and developed with completed arcs. The thing is...it's up to me but it's also up to you guys. Do you want a long fic or do you think it's time I end it?

Both Lauren and Cruz shared very little time of sleep; Lauren got in three hours, Cruz got in four. They've been up since 5am, coincidentally meeting in the kitchen to grab a snack and water bottle first thing before the sun even made its presence. They've been in the city for two days now and this was the first time Lauren brought Camila and Cruz to her duplex penthouse she purchased at the beginning of December; this was the first time they've heard anything about it. Lauren only brought them here for a little family vacation and nothing more. She had the house furnished and the fridge and cupboards fully stocked with food they could make individually or as a family—no cooking staff was hired for this home. She stopped Cruz from fixing himself a snack and opted for cooking the both of them breakfast so they could talk: egg whites, two bowls of berries and bananas, bacon, and waffles.
