T H I R T Y • N I N E

This is gonna be very very very confusing if you haven't watched Endgame. I'm also sorry about not updating, life is so confusing rn.

Kaycee's POV

I jump up, grabbing the gauntlet from T'Challa as telekinesis alien from 5 years ago has a hold on him. I throw the gauntlet up, Sean catching it before putting instant kill on his suit.

Turning around, I see Wanda using her powers as he holds Thanos in the air, and before I knew it, something from above hit her and she flew back. Then I look around and something is firing at everyone.

Looking up I see his ship.

"For fucks sakes."

I see Sean now hanging on to the gauntlet as his web is attacked to Thor's hammer. Well, Cap's hammer? I slowly watch as he goes from pepper carrying him to riding on Valkyrie's Pegasus to now falling to the ground.

"Shit."

I leap up, flying as fast as I can towards him as I'm dodging the aliens. I watch as the ship keeps firing at him. "Do fucking die on me again." I mutter before landing next to him, making a barrier around us.

I turn around when I hear him groan, seeing him clutching onto the gauntlet like a 5 year old girl with her bratz doll. "Thank you." He groans before letting go of the gauntlet. Suddenly, the spaceship stops firing and I look up, suddenly seeing it fire towards the sky.

"Who the hell is that?" Sean asks as I hear him stand up, then fall right back down. I frown in confusion by what he said, but then see what he's seeing. "Oh," I chuckle before taking away the protective barrier around us. "That's Captain Marvel."

We watch as she flies through the ship, disarming and breaking down the whole thing. She flies right next to us, nodding briefly at me before looking behind me.

"Hi. I'm Sean Lew."

I roll my eyes playfully. "Hey Sean Lew. Got something for me?" She asks and I help him stand up, then he passes the gauntlet to her. "I don't know how you two are gonna handle that." He says as he gestures to basically the whole army of aliens running towards us.

"Don't worry."

I turn around to see Wanda behind me, soon Valkyrie and one of T'Challa's warriors, Okoye. "They've got help." Okoye says and I smile as I feel the electricity pulsing through my veins. Literally. Pepper's now I front of us, mantis and Shuri next to me. Then Hope, Gamora and nebula in front of us.

"Leave it to the Women." He stands back and I smile at him as they start to walk to the aliens. "I love you, you know that." I say with a smile, remembering him saying the exact same words the first time he said it. "And I love you more." He smiles, and I remember me saying that after. I walk up to him, smiling as I cup his face. "Not possible." I repeat the situation 5 years ago before smashing my lips against his, breathing in his sent, pushing my fingers through his hair to make sure he was actually there. I pull away, smirking as I walk back.

"Be right back."

I turn around, fly and before landing right in the middle of the war zone, electricity oozing out of me and hitting most of the aliens around me, seeing them fall to the floor and not get back up.

"WEAK." I shout with a smile, hearing a chuckle from beside me. "I know right?" Valkyrie responds and I giggle before flying up again.

I thrust a random sword into the aliens chest, the cries of its pain filling my ears before it lays on the ground, I watch it as it slowly starts to move.

I fall backwards, puffed out and tired as hell. I look around me, scanning over and seeing captain marvel fight Thanos. I scan over again, before I see Dr Strange holding up his index finger at Tony, watching Tony's tired expression morph into an understanding one. I frown.

Soon he's right next to thanos, pulling the gauntlet off of his hand. Thanos pushes him back, Tony's body flying backwards.

"I am, inevitable."

I flinch, but nothing happens. Except for the repeating sound of metal against metal. I watch, seeing no stones in Thanos's gauntlet. My eyes drifting to Tony kneeling on the floor, the stones making its way up his arm and into its place on his suit. I hear aliens running towards me, and I put a barrier around me as I watch.

"And I... am... Iron Man."

My eyes widen.

"NO!" I shout, but it's already done. I turn around, seeing the aliens that were crashing into my barrier turn into dust.

I land on the floor, watching as Sean cries. "We won. You did it sir you did it. I'm sorry.. tony."

I watch as Rhodey pulls him off, as I slowly walk to him, my body growing weak as I fall to my knees in front of him. "No. You can't.." I look up at him, watching his still body, his eyes drifting to meet my gaze.

"Tony.." I mumble before feeling a lump in my throat. I choke on a sob. "No, please.." I cry, leaning over and cupping his cheek. He slowly leans into my hand and I try and hold back another sob.

"Dad, please, don't leave me. I need you here Dad. I can't do this. I love you Dad. Please, I can't do this without you Dad." Tears start to flow freely down my cheeks. I didn't even realise pepper was beside him, talking to him. But I can't hear what she's saying. I can't hear anything.

I watch his eyes, watching pepper before his gaze falls onto me, then drifting away before growing still.

He's Gone.
