Too late/Breaking Trust

~No One's pov~
After days of preparing the machine, it was ready. Eggman had started up the machine to change Sonic into his Dark Form. Sonic had woken up and founded himself locked on the table. "Hey whats the big deal?!" Sonic said as he tried to get free. Eggman laughed evilly. "Your about to become my new member! Say good bye to your goody goody self, Sonic!" Eggman said evilly as he started to change Sonic. Sonic screamed as he tried to get free. Meanwhile Tails and his gang had broken into Eggmans base but heard Sonic's screaming. They ran where Sonic was held. "Hang on Sonic! We're coming!!" Amy had shouted.
~In Sonic's mind~
Sonic had found himself surrounded in darkness. He saw a dark form of his stand there. Sonic sighed. "Sorry buddy.....save the world for me." He said as he walked to his dark form in fear. Sonic had feared this would happen.
~Meanwhile in Eggman's base~
Tails and his gang ran but saw Dark Sonic. "We're too late!" Tails said as he stopped. Eggman smiled evilly. "I see you met Dark Sonic. Eggman's plan had worked but seeing Tails and his gang failed to save Sonic, they had to regroup to think of a battle plan to get their friend back. Eggman had ordered Dark Sonic to attack the city so he and Dark went to the city.
~Dark Sonic's pov~
My mind was clouded. It felt like I was controlled. "People of mobius, your so called hero, the blue blur himself had submitted to Darkness. He is forever gone and I am called Dark Sonic. His so called group, the Freedom Fighters failed to save him! All those who opposed Eggman will be in fear and will be pur in torture. All those who obey Eggman will be spared!" I said evilly. Sonic, in my mind, was upset about the fight. He had run away from me but I had manage to surround him with Darkness. He had said his friends will save him. I told him I will break their trusts and lose the title hero he had. Sonic was afraid of this would happen. He had become the Fallen hero who submitted himself to evil. After what seemed like hours. I was making people fear Dark Sonic or what used to be Sonic. I had them broke their trust to Sonic which made Sonic stayed in fear and alone. He didn't even spoke. Soon the freedom fighters tried to fight me but I had injured them and told them what I really felt about them as Sonic tried to stop me in his mind. Sonic failed to prevent it in mind but they looked sad and upset. They all said except Tails said they don't trust Sonic. "Sonic, if your in there, I won't stop until your normal again! Even if I had to risk it!" Tails shouted at me. Sonic was happy to hear that but I growled in response. (I'm not really a good at writing fight scenes.) Tails gave a heck of a fight. I didn't injure that much but he had fled. I continued to terrorized and making people in fear. Within months, the city was now Eggman land.
