Chae Rim's POV

"Dongsaeng!!! What happened to you?!!!" Yeol hyung shouted when he saw me hopping with my foot injury.
All my brothers suddenly went out to approach me.

"Hehe. I just stumbled down when I was practicing Kendo." I calmly said.

Soo hyung crossed his brows then said "Kendo is dangerous for you. You should leave the club now."

"Aigo hyung. I don't want to leave the club. There are so many nice people there." I said then pouted.

"Aish. Such a hard-headed princess." He said then went out.

Suho hyung examined my foot then he asked. "How did you go home? Don't tell me you walked from school?"

"Sehun called his driver to pick him up. Then we rode together." I said.

Soo hyung went back with a towel and a basin of warm water. He poured alcohol into the water then massaged my foot with the towel. "This might help."

Baek hyung asked "Sehun's driver? I thought he was punished to be by himself."

"Aniyo. Turns out he was given a driver with him but he only calls him whenever needed."

"Hmmm... so manly." Yeol hyung commented.

"Soo hyung, I think I'm okay now." I said and tried walking my foot.

"Woah! Soo hyung, you have miracle hands. It doesn't hurt now."

Soo hyung patted my head then smiled. "I'll prepare dinner now."

After dinner, I went to bed earlier than usual, not to sleep but to think of many things.

Sehun's face...
Whenever he's angry...
When he pulled me to spar with him...
When he caught me when I was about to fall...
That time when he carried me...
When he put my arms around his neck and carried me on his back where I smelled his manly perfume.

Omo!! What am I thinking!!!

I covered my face with a pillow thinking how a pervert I am.

I shook my head with the thoughts. He just acts like that cause he sworn to be my protector. Just an exchange of how I saved him from the gangsters.

Thinking like that caused me unnecessary sadness.

~Phone vibrates~

My heart skipped a beat when I saw Sehun's name.

I crossed my brows when I received a text from him. Is he sick?

I waited for his reply. I kept on checking my phone if he already replied. But after an hour, still no reply.

Aissh! This guy.

I was about to sleep when my phone vibrated. My eyes suddenly opened and checked it.

Chae Rim-ah, how's your foot?

I don't know why I was disappointed, but I still replied.

To: Baoseokie

It's okay, minseokie... Soo hyung massaged it with warm water and it felt really good! The pain is gone after that!

Thank you for your concern. Saranghae!

I pressed the send key then fell asleep. I'm so confused that I wasn't able to resist the sleepiness that occured to me.

Sehun's POV

I couldn't think of a reply to her text. I was just staring at the message for several hours.
I couldn't help but to feel guilty of all the things I have done to her today.

First, I called her weak implicitly whereas I know that it is a taboo word for her.

Secondly, I suddenly pulled her to spar with me because of that Kai. He wants to be close to her. But I don't want to. And that my selfishness caused her injury.

I just wanted to say sorry. But what would I reason out for that sudden action?

I closed my eyes and wanted to feel asleep. Her sad face and crying face appears in my mind.

I just want to protect her. But I always fail.

Maybe, I should stop.

I'm just becoming a trouble for her.

And that is disappointing.

But you made a promise to my hyungs, right?

I suddenly woke up when I heard that voice. I can imagine her pouting with that small face of hers.

I remembered her face when I carried her bridal style. Her face was so lit.

And when Senior Lay twisted her foot. I was surprised when she hugged me but I liked it so I hugged back. She looked so fragile.

When I carried her piggyback style and I can smell her sweet perfume.

Those just make me want to be by her side more and protect her.

I smiled. Pabo ya. I won't quit. Never.
And I fell asleep.
