"You did what?"

Steve looked at his best friend. He couldn't believe what he just heard.

"I don't know why I said that either. I was just...angry. She slept with Sam. Then I just said, I didn't want to be friends with her anymore."

"You're such an idiot. You like her. Why would you say something like that?"

"I just said, I don't know. It was an overreaction. I couldn't help myself when I saw her."

"You need to talk to her."

"And make it even worse? No. She's mad at me too. I'm not gonna admit that I like her."

"I'm sure she likes you, too."

"Then why is she acting like that?"

"Maybe 'cause you're acting weird too. Or she has just as good a reason as you do. Although I think she has better reasons."

"Whatever. I'm not doing anything."

"Unless you're forced to."

"All right, listen..."

An hour later

"Pia, wake up."

Pia opened her eyes and saw Nat standing in front of her.

"Hey, what time is it?"

"It's 8:30 already."

"Already? Do you know how early that is?"

Nat giggled.

"Come on. Get up. You got a job."

"You know, it would be nice if you would tell me the day before that we have a mission."

"I think it's better in this case that you didn't know before."

That sentence scared Pia a little.

"Nat, what do you mean?"

"Well...You'll go on a mission...just with Bucky."

"No, tell me you're joking. Isn't there anyone else who can do that?"

"I'm afraid not. I'm busy and Wanda's not here."

Nat reached into the black sports bag she had with her and pulled out a dark blue lingerie set.

"Nat. I...Please tell me this is a joke. I really don't wanna do that."

"I'm sorry, but you need to. Drugs were found in a nightclub and one of the bosses might be connected to the weapon we're looking for. Bucky and you will be staying in separate rooms in a hotel near the club. Officially, you're strangers. Bucky will take care of everything. You can help him if he needs help and maybe you can get some information from the other dancers. You just have to get the job."

"You mean as a stripper?"

"Let's just call it a dancer but yeah. So...get dressed. There are shoes here and I'll leave a coat for you. Have fun, Pia."

Nat left the room.

"Fun, yeah sure."

Pia took a shower and then put on the 'clothes' she got. The matching shoes were at least 7 inches high and of course, the coat was a faux fur coat. She put on makeup, then took the purse and the sports bag and went to the elevators. Steve and Bucky were already waiting for her.
