Playing you is something,
I have never done;
and I have loved you,
but you've always foregone;
like a dancing star,
prancing to a song;
for the gaze of your beloved,
holding on for too long,
as every time you come home late,
I am reminded of your little game,
rendering my love futile,
rendering my hold only lame;
for this excuse you use to scratch and pounce,
a forlorn lion who continues to bounce;
it renders me blistered grave,
and myself I cannot save!
So tell me why,
you broke our wedding vows;
for this slippery fool of a girl,
who in perfume she does rouse;
and tell me why,
you think I deserve this;
to stay in this infidelity,
and be victim of this outrageous service!
Because everything you have put me through,
every time our skies were tainted by you;
because of all the words you have said to she,
who is nothing as important as you are to me;
because the love & the marriage & the blissful guidance,
has turned into this heavy & sad, & ugly silence;
we are now waltzing to the peck of destruction,
wherein on the path there will be no correction.
