Salaam Alaikum!
I know that when you see this you go, "we're fucked." Actually, it's quite the opposite. Now that I'm writing this,I kind of have no idea why I am uploading and author's note, but here we are🤷When I started writing this story, I was actually messing around,I wasn't serious and I was going to delete it after a few chapters. As you could see,the comedy in the initial chapters make a sharp contrast with the contents of chasing her which was the original book I was writing.
Somehow, Lahadi got more attention and the demand for updates were much. I was genuinely surprised,if I started reading (assuming I wasn't the one who wrote it), I wouldn't make it to the third chapter. That's how unserious I was with it. And the fact that I was unserious,it meant that this book had no ending. I was simply testing my writing skills so I can write Chasing Her better. When I shifted my focus on Lahadi, I forgot about Chasing Her and of course,I wasn't serious on Lahadi so I lost interest on both books and thus, the lack of update.
(Get to the point you old hag!
Okay, okay. I will.)I've finally decided to be serious about this and even though I struggle with my writing now,bc my creativity vanished into thin air, I finally, (finally!) Came up with the ending to Lahadi and I am very excited to share the story with you.
When I started this story, there was no solid plot,no message to pass across, nothing. Which honestly isn't my writing style.
To wrap things up, Lahadi will be decided into two parts, then and now. The first part we focus on Lami and the second part we focus on...?
_______
I've met many ghost readers who comment irl and ask for an update (sometimes even bullying me, you know yourselves 🙄.) I want to take my time to thank all of you for the love and support. I will also start fighting back wallah. If you scream "update!" I'll scream "no!" And run away. If you smack me I will punch you. Leave me alone.😪🤧
With that, stay tuned!
