"Chelsea?" I turn to the person who called my name and see Zach coming toward me, "I didn't know you were in this class with me" he sits down in a seat next to me and put his notebook down on the desk.

"Hey Zach, how did we not notice each other before?" I smiled.

Zach and I have been in the same calculus class this whole time without knowing. Not knowing someone must really make them invisible to you. I guess we can also blame it on the fact that this class was definitely at it's capacity. Too many seniors had left calculus as the last math they wanted to take and some juniors thought smarter and decided to get it over with earlier.

One of Zachs friends sat down next to him and asked why he moved his seat and Zach introduces us, "Chelsea this is Kyle, Kyle this is Chelsea"

"Hi," I smile trying to sound friendly.

"Hey" he smiles back at the same time running a hand through his blonde hair.

Zach, Kyle and I talked for most of the class about random things. They even tried to explain how football is played to me at least a dozen times; I'm still confused. I'm glad Zach's in this class though because Mr. Weber bores me to death and I could use a could of fun guys to liven things up.

Turns out Kyle has family in Tennessee so he's familiar with my hometown. He offered to walk me to theatre so we could continue our conversation.

"Hey Jake" Kyle waved as we were approaching the door to the classroom.

"Oh hey man"Jake smiled before noticing me in which his face had a look of confusion, "Hey Chelsea"

"Anyway Chelsea, let me know if your friend has the last name I told you about! She could be my cousins best friend!" Kyle smiled before waving to Jake and then turning to go to his class.

I look at Jake who looks less than amused and I sigh walking into the classroom, "I already know what you're going to say. But to be fair, I didn't know he was your friend" even though Kyle plays football and so does Jake, but Jake doesn't have to know that.

"How did you even meet him?" Jake asked sitting down next to me.

"Zach and Kyle are in my math class and Zach introduced us" I shrugged. I don't see the big deal.

"I'm going to have to talk to Zach" Jake said rolling his eyes.

I couldn't help but laugh at Jake, "Why what's wrong? Can't handle a little bit of competition?"

He licked his lips, looking into my eyes and smirking, "Kyle is not competition."

After the bell rang I noticed Ryan leaning against my locker.

"Hey Chelsea" he says standing up straight when he notices me walking towards him.

"Hey Ryan" I say reaching into my locker for my jacket and replacing a few school books with ones I need for homework.

"I'm sorry for freaking out the other day. I shouldn't have gotten upset, I was just annoyed that you were spending so much time with Jake. I realized though that by pushing you away it doesn't fix anything. I'm sorry for making it seem like I think you guys might sleep together, I know you won't sleep with him, I trust you...forgive me Chelsea," his blue eyes looked into mine and I could see the genuine sadness that was in them.

I sighed leaning against my now closed locker, "I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have used the fact that we're still just seeing each other as an excuse to do whatever I want. Even though we aren't exclusive I'm not seeing anyone else, especially Jake" I think of Jake's green eyes as the words leave my mouth and I try to push the image out of my head.
