Chapter 7

Kaha P.O.V

I was walking around the jungle, searching for Simba when i heard:
"and if...he falls..in love..tonight" I assumed it was Timon so i go to where they are, i sees Simba and Nala playing while Timon and Pumbaa crying.
"Umm guys? Why are you crying?" I asked
"Simba our pal, falls in love!" And then they started crying again. I tried to calm them down but they still didn't stop so i decided to leave them instead to find Simba. When i found him, he is arguing with Nala about home. After a while, i sees Simba and Nala leaving, i decided to go for Simba and sees him talking to the stars. I tried to say something when i heard someone singing in a tree.
"Kaha you know who's that?" he asked noticing me
"I don't know...but he seems familiar" I replied
"Leave us alone! Who are you?!" Simba yelled in anger
"The question is..who are you ?" The mandrill said pointing his staff at Simba
"I thought i know...do you know who i am? Huh?!" Simba yelled at him
"Sure do! You're Mufasa boy!.....bye" The mandrill said. At this point, i recognized him as Rafiki.

We started running after him and we stopped when we sees him meditating at a rock
"You knew my father?" Simba asked. I was about to say something when Rafiki replied
"Correction...i know your father" He said in robotic voice
"Im sorry to say this but..he died...a long time ago" Simba said in a sad voice
"NOPE ! Wrong again! He's alive! And i'll take you to him! Follow me!" Rafiki said running into the jungle
"Rafiki! Wait!" I yelled running after him. I looked behind and sees Simba running too. We runned for a while until Rafiki stopped us
"STOP. shhhh" He said
"Look down there" He said pointing at a watering hole. We looked at our reflection and i see the hint, except Simba
"That's not my father...it's just my reflection"
"Nooooo look harder" He said touching the water to make it wave. I look closer to his reflection until it forms our father reflection
"You see? He lives in you" Rafiki said...until we heard something
"Simba...Kahawia..." We looked up in the clouds and sees my father
"Father?!" I said with a smile knowing that he is watching us
"Simba you must take your place in the circle of life...and Kaha..you must protect your brother" I smiled and Simba says something
"How can i go back?! I'm not who i used to be" He yelled
"Remember..who you are...you are my son..and the true king...remember who you are..." Father said fading away
"No! Father don't leave me again!"
"Remember...." Is all he said. I walked into him
"Brother...he'll never leave you...just like Rafiki said...he lives in us" I said
"You're right...and now i have one mission to do...go home and be king" He said.
"That's my brother! Now let's go tell the others, we might need extra help" I said

Time skip to pride lands

We have reached the pride lands...the once beautiful Savannah...has turned into a wasteland
"Urgh...Scar surely has messed up the Pride Lands" I said
"Yeah...i can't belive it" Simba replied
"Now..before we strike, i have something to tell you guys....Scar killed our father"
"WHAT ?!" Simba and Nala replied
