EPILOGUE

(WELL GUYS, THIS IS THE END OF 'WHAT DO YOU WISH FOR' I HOPE THAT YOU ALL ENJOYED IT. I AM SORRY THAT I FORGOT TO PUT THE ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE LAST UPDATE ABOUT THAT BEING THE LAST CHAPTER. LOL, I FELT SO WELL THAT I FORGOT. AS I SAID I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE HAD FUN READING THIS STORY AND THAT YOU ENJOY THE END OF IT.)

SEVEN YEARS LATER

(DPOV)

My Love and I were crowned as the new monarchs a few years ago. Just after we managed to move court back to Russia, as a matter of a fact. The attack on St. Vladimir's Academy did not happen for a few reasons.

The first is because we did manage to move everyone to different academies for that year. The second is because thanks to the elite teams of hunters that we established, the number of strigoi were on a massive decline. The third is because we found out that strigoi could be restored to their former selves. And because of that there were two and sometimes three or more spirit users assigned to each of the hunter teams. All on a voluntary basis of course.

Roza and I got married a few months after the birth of our triplets. We took a family honeymoon for four months. And although we had lots of volunteer baby sitters, it wasn't really all that different from our normal traveling. Including the children and the nanny's our entourage was huge. It took a multi car caravan to get everyone from place to place. But no one seemed to mind, they loved every minute of it, except when we were in danger.

Two years later we were expectant parents again. Our fourth child was a daughter. And our fifth and youngest child is another son. So, presently Roza and I are the loving parents of five amazing and exceptionally beautiful children.

Mishka and Sonya, Eddie and Mia, Spiridon and Sharon, as well as Vika and Mason, Yuri and Celeste and shockingly enough Abe and Janine have all gotten married in the last seven years.

FOURTY YEARS LATER

My love and I had been the rulers of our world for over forty years now. And sooo many things about not only our world, but the human world as well, have changed.

The strigoi threat came to an end, thanks to our hunter teams. We discovered that moroi, dhampir and strigoi were not the only 'creatures' that the alchemist feared. As it turns out there are also were-'people' not just wolves but others as well.

As for the changes in the human world, they discovered that more and more of them had powers. Some of them were psychic, telekinetic, telepathic so on and so on.

Back when Roza and I first met, the humans would always doubt people who proclaimed to have those kinds of powers. But it got so obvious for some people that there was no denying it anymore.

It took their scientists several years before they figured out why it was happening. Come to find out that the pollution of the earth, air and water had more consequences than they could have ever imagined.

When that discovery was made, the governments the world over, made cleaning up the earth, the air and the water their biggest priority. They set aside all of their prejudices and differences and concentrated on fixing the problem for the entire planet. That did not put a stop to the changes in human evolution though, the powers continued to be passed down from generation to generation.  And grew stronger and stronger with each passing generation.

But the peace treaties and accords that came to be, because of cleaning up the world, did last. There was an end put to war, starvation, famine, weapons and violence.

So, thankfully for the last twenty or so years, the human world was very peaceful. We just hoped and prayed that things would stay this way.
