Your POV:

You mildly disliked him at first, but slowly, you warmed up to him. It was completely out of your control too. Something about his character intrigued you. Eventually, you two became close friends. 

He would always find a way to make you hang out with him on your days off. He was kind enough to offer his help in your work, but you kindly refused. You two would play golf and darts, drink, and practice the bagpipes by his request. It'd be noisy those days. 

You also tried every day to get him to quit smoking. It's a work in progress. 

Recently, his stubborn nature has taken a hit in the past few days. And you had no idea why. You wanted to help him in any way you could, but he told you to not worry. You did as asked, thoughts running around your mind during the meantime. Days without him bothering you were indeed odd. You weren't sure if you enjoyed it or not. 

How do I truly feel about him? 

You thought, petting a cat that was outside of Allistor's house when you left for the day. You growled in frustration, accidentally scaring the cat away.
