This is what love feels like? 

The sensation of hundreds of butterflies in my stomach.

"Oh, (Y/n)..." I sighed out, sinking into a depressed state after. I wish you hadn't been born a mortal. I wouldn't hesitate to ask you out.

My deep thoughts vanished when a slap to my back occurred. It was none other than Australia. We were doing farm work out in the countryside for the day. Our break was currently in session. And every time, I'd think about her nonstop. He sat beside me on the green grass of the hill.

"Zea, no man lays in a trance for minutes on end unless he has three things on his mind. He's considering to end it, food, or a special someone. Which is it?"

Without saying a word, I raised up three fingers.

"What a relief!" He exclaimed, "Who is it?"

"I met her at a sheep showing and we've gotten along pretty well since then. I want to ask her out, but I can't. It wouldn't work between us you already know that... What am I saying? I'm getting way ahead of myself. That is if she were to say yes."

"Are your ahoges screwed on too tight? Because if that's your mentality then good luck." He said, folding his arms.

"Huh?"

"You don't know what can happen. No one can tell the future. I say go for it. If you love someone, just tell them and see how it goes from there. If they don't feel the same way, no big deal. Rejection is a part of life here on this earth." My eyes widen from his unexpected lecture. He was definitely not the type of person to be like this.

"Wow, Aussie... for the first time ever in a hundred years, I don't have the urge to punch you silly..." I say with a twinkle in my eye. He blew a raspberry and got up.

"Whatever, bro. Let's get back to work."
