Hello my lovely readers 🥰🥰🥰,
This book is a sequel to 'Her Unreasonable Love' but can be read as a stand alone. I highly recommend that you read the first book as you would be able to connect to the characters better.
As Life is sugar, spice and everything nice, this book won't have the same theme as the previous one. The genre of this book is a little different from the first one and to find out, you will have to dig into this book.😋
Since the first book's protogonist was a female, I decided to shake things up a little and see her life from a different perspective. I really hope that you all will appreciate it.
I will be giving a description of all the characters because let's face it, it's been a very long time since I had completed the previous book.
Safa Hayath, a 28 year old overweight girl from an Indian city, who dealt with low self esteem gets married to the most gorgeous man and struggles her way through her torturous six months with him. Trying to be the 'perfect wife', she ends up almost being killed by him.
Ayaan Jameel, a 32 year old self obsessed man working in the US, marries Safa Hayath to please his mother only to torture her mentally and physically as he fails to fall in love with her. Though he struggled to fight his own inner demons his entire life, he finally gives in and tries to take revenge from his wife for what his ex-lover did to him.
Rayan Malik, a 26 year old overly confident and yet everyone's favourite guy, struggles to move on after his break up with Safa. He finds himself back in her life when he ends up in the same city as Safa and her husband, where he was completing his Master's degree and working part time.
Marwa Hayath, Safa's 24 year old sassy little sister who is overly protective about her. Even though she didn't feel quiet right about Ayaan, she still supported Safa through the way because it made her sister happy.
Sarah Maryam, Safa's childhood best friend. Even though she looked delicate and pretty as an angel, she was a badass who always stuck by her friend in need and also gave her reality checks when needed. The best friends got married six months apart and had extremely different marriage experiences which caused a slight dent in their friendship.
**********
I really wanted to give a face to these characters but decided not to as everyone have their own image of them and the way I thought of them to look may not be as my readers would expect it.
I hope these character descriptions help and you will be able connect to the story better.
That being said, enjoy!
