Short chapter
"Put my key in the ignition
Don't rush it girl, just stretch it out for me
I know that you ain't got no plans to leave
Girl I need your attention
And every time I see you make that face
I wanna love you all over the place."

"He's fucking crazy." Royalty told Will. "Only bout someone he cares about. I had no idea he was the Brandon you were talking to like that... wasn't he with Maggie?" Will asked, seeing her facial expression and raising his eyebrows. "Seriously?" He let out a breathy laugh. "The entire time he was with her he was with me and it was long before he got with Magician." She clarified. "You're gonna have to get his ass out the car." He told her, stretching and straightening his clothes. She childishly stomped, making him laugh. "Will I see you again?" She asked, arms around his waist. "If you want to see me, you will." He reminded, "You got my number."
She pecked his lips and he left, soon Brandon walking inside with a unamused and irritated expression.
"I'm not gonna even address him. Just get in the car so we can talk about two days ago." And she listened.
"I would've been more than happy if I knew that the baby was mine Royalty. You didn't have to make that decision, cos I would've been there for you regardless." Brandon told. "It wasn't about you. I didn't want to have children yet. And it wasn't a baby, it was a fertilized egg that planted in my uterus, a zygote if you will. It wasn't a fetus. Thank you." She replied sassily. "Then why did you lie?" He asked, speeding on the freeway a bit out of anger. "Because if you knew it was yours, you'd wanna keep it and I didn't want to. We would've ended a lot earlier than I care to think about." Brandon shook his head, raising his voice, "I wouldn't have left! It was always your decision and I would've supported you!" Royalty smacked her lips, "Don't raise your voice at me before I pop yo neck and kill us both." Brandon stole a single glance at her and he saw her looking out the window, tired written over her face. "I broke up with her before she could do it to me." Royalty snorted. "Only cos I didn't give her a choice. And put personal shit on blast. You brought up my abortion and my std from five fucking years ago. How fucking dare you, you four eyed bitch nigga?" Brandon sighed at the sound of those words. He was biting his tongue so hard it should've bled.
"I know it was really fucked up to say that in front of people. Can I please make it up to you somehow?" Brandon pleased, pulling over to the parking lot to where he drove.
"You could fuck off after you take me home." She suggested.
"Don't pretend you weren't fucking devastated when we fell out. I fucking sobbed the entire time. You just have shit coping skills and your first instinct is to numb the pain by getting under someone. I don't know why you suddenly like random dick but- shit. Forget I said that." He sighed.
"Brandon I told I can't do this anymore." She reminded, looking away from the man.
"Then look me in my eyes and tell me you don't want me anymore and that you don't want what we have." Silence passed as she slowly looked in his eyes, and her breath hitched and was lost. Brandon leaned in first and she hesitantly accepted his lips, making her breath completely vanish. "I told you I want this to work. We can work on us and we can be good for each other." He suggested. She shook her head, getting out the car. "I can't do this. We were never good for each other. We fight in a way that concerns my neighbors. Them nosy motherfuckers stay knocking on my door after you leave, asking if everything is fine." Brandon sighed.
"You don't have to make a decision right now... but just know I love you. And I want this to work. And I won't stop trying to prove that to you. Royalty look at me." He turned her head to look at him. "I fucked up witchu and I'm sorry. And I want this. I'd do anything to make us last cos I swear to God, I don't want anyone else but you." Silence overcame her lips as she listened. She felt his lips peck against hers and he felt her deepen it. "After what you said to me... you don't deserve a second chance."
Brandon looked deep in her eyes, "And neither do you."
