The morning after came around fairly quickly Natasha had taken herself off to her cot to sleep fairly early to try and rest up in time for today's adventure with Micah. As she laid in bed that evening however, she couldn't help but remember the surprise in Micah's eyes when she had asked him to accompany her. They didn't get on all the time but she was not one to leave someone out if they can contribute greatly to the camp. Despite the fact they may shoot up half a town.
With her canvas to her tent closed, she pulled off her nightwear and slipped on a plain white t-shirt, rolling the sleeves up slightly before pulling on her slightly tight black jeans (she had discovered that eating candy and chocolate at night wasn't helping her), accentuating her curves nicely however. Her hair was brushed to the side with a comb and braided messily, not really bothering to have it perfect. She slid on her boots and decided against wearing a jacket or her hat as the weather was very warm.
She stepped out of her tent and waved to Jack as he walked past her, a cheeky smile on his face as always.
She slung her satchel over her shoulder, the strap resting between her breasts before walking over to the stew pot and grabbing a bowl for herself.
As she tipped some of the contents into her bowl, she looked up and her eyes landed on Pearson who was watching her intently, a guilty look on her face.
"May I help you Mr. Pearson?" She questioned, catching him off guard completely.
He grunted slightly and clasped his hands out in front of him, stepping awkwardly towards the woman who leaned against one of the trees in camp, tucking into the food.
"I just wanted to apologise about yesterday... the rabbit you got us was delicious. I was just... well, I don't know what I was thinkin'." Natasha slowly nodded her head, not bothering to look up at the trembling man but nonetheless she smiled weakly and took another mouthful of food, swallowing it before replying.
"It's alright. I wasn't particularly nice to you either. Gotta move on from these things." She sighed, not having the care to hold a grudge against the camp cook.
"Really?" Pearson asked, a hopeful gleam in his eyes which caused her to side-eye him and nod again.
"Really."
He apologised once more and let her continue eating her breakfast and when she was done, she washed up her bowl and walked to the outskirts of camp, lighting a cigarette from one of her packets of premium cigarettes, scowling as she pulled out a card but throwing it to the ground as she already the same one at least four times now.
She hummed softly to herself, watching the clouds pass by in the morning sky but stopped when she heard someone approaching her from behind. Checking over her shoulder, she smiled lightly as Arthur approached her, his hands resting on his gun belt as he stood beside her, him too watching the view in front of them.
"Plans for the day?"
"Collecting a debt for Strauss. Your debt that you should have collected for Strauss!" She joked, nudging his shoulder which made him chuckle lowly and scratch at the back of his neck.
"Which one?"
"Holmes."
"You still not done that one yet? You're slacking Miss Fiore." He said in an amused tone which caused her to roll her eyes but take a drag from her cigarette anyway before offering the rest over to Arthur who took it gladly.
"I've been a busy gal. Leaving in a minute though. Is Micah awake do you know?" She questioned, not sure if he was still going to come with her anymore. If he wasn't awake, the last thing she wanted to do was barge into his tent in whatever state of dress he could be in and nag at him. She could go alone or ask Arthur to go with her but she knew it would probably piss him off too.
