Keep Breathing

Leahs POV

5 days later...

Harry is still in a coma.

Jen tried her best to explain to the girls and we all went to visit him yesterday.

'Mama', I said and opened her door.

She was sitting on the bed, staring out the window.

I climbed up next to her.

'How are you so beautiful'? I laughed.

'I'm not', she replied.

She was wearing white shorts and a sparkly gold tanktop with her curly hair down.

'You are', I said.

'I miss him so much I realize i'm holding my breath and forgetting to breathe', she said.

'Just keep breathing baby', I said and rubbed her back.

 'I miss him.. I never got a chance to say goodbye.. I just want him to hold me', she said quietly.

She looked so broken and ready to fall apart.

She wiped her eyes.

'I think I should go to bed', she said.

I gave her a hug and went to the guest room.

Jens POV

 I was jolted awake and sat up, breathing heavy with my heart beating out of my chest.

I looked at the clock and it was 2am.

Thunder was cracking and there was lightning everywhere.

I jumped out of bed to check on Mia.

She was sleeping peacefully.

Storms have always scared me.

I went back to bed only to be terrified by the thunder cracking.

Harry always holds me close and rubs my back and when he comforts me I forget about the fear.

He's not here, im stressed and am jumpy.

My heart is beating out of my chest and I feel so weak.

By then I was sobbing and just wanted Harry.

I walked in to Lea's room with my hand on my chest.

'Lee'?, I whispered and touched her shoulder.

'Whats wrong mama, why are you crying'?, she said, sitting up.

'Keep an eye on Mia, i'm going to the hospital', I said.

'Why? It's 2 in the morning', she said.

'I need Harry.. the thunder.. I can't', I cried.

 'Sleep here then', she said, patting the bed by her.

'No Leah. I need Harry'.

The thunder craked so loud it shook the ouse and I had to lean on the wall because of how weak it made me feel.

'Please be careful driving there', she said.
