i woke up to the sun in my eyes when i finally realized today is halloween and i am beyond excited. we have a lot to do today because we forgot a few things yesterday and we still have to decorate. but first, breakfast.
i went downstairs and saw the table set with food in the center. the food consists of eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes shaped like different halloween items such as pumpkins, bats, and witch hats. there was cups by each plate filled with orange juice and there was the necessities on the table: butter, syrup, ketchup.
i was standing there surprised and confused when grayson walked out of the kitchen wearing an apron and holding a spatula.
"you did this?" i was really confused cause i thought grayson only knew how to make avocado toast and banana pancakes.
"only for my favorite people" grayson smiled his cheesy smile.
i walked up to him and hugged him.
"thank you" i smiled
"of course. but the rest of the pancakes are gonna burn if i don't get back there." grayson laughed and walked back into the kitchen.
i grabbed some napkins and put one by each plate just as grayson brought the rest of the pancakes out. he took his apron off just in time for the other two to come down and be just as confused as me.
i took my seat as they asked the same questions as me then finally sat down. we ate and talked about what needed to be done today.
"well i was thinking me and hannah can stay here and start decorating while you guys get the rest of the things" ethan said like he had it all planned out in his head.
"that works" i said as i finished my food and took my plate to the sink where i rinsed off and left it there to do later.
i went upstairs to take a quick shower then i put on a white crop top with adidas joggers and my forces. i decided not to do any make up as i would be taking it off later to do my costume makeup. i put my hair up in a messy bun after it finally dried then grabbed my phone and wallet then walked downstairs.
when i got downstairs i saw grayson was wearing a white shirt with adidas joggers and his forces.
"oh cute we're matching." i said walking to him.
"oh wow. how come it's cute when you two match but i have to change when we match." ethan said turning the corner of the kitchen.
"because grayson is my fiance. you're just the annoying brother." i said with a smile as he pretended to be offended again.
"w-well hannah doesn't think im annoying." he said trying to make an excuse.
"what a lucky gal" i rolled my eyes and laughed.
"dude. control your girl." he pointed at grayson.
"nah i like her like this" grayson said standing up and grabbing his keys.
"ouch" ethan said going upstairs.
we got in the car and drove to some store that i dont know the name of because we needed some foldable tables and chairs for the party. we found some right away and got them then went to target again and got some halloween tablecloths. we went home to see hannah and ethan putting things up outside.
"hey guys. since you're out here and we have the things for the inside we'll work on the inside and you guys can come help when we're done." i walked pass them as ethan when to help grayson with the tables and chairs.
i went inside and got everything out as we had put it in the closet so it was out of the way. i started with the wall decorations since the tables and chairs were coming in. i hung some fake bodies, halloween stickers, and other things on the wall and turned around to see grayson setting up the fog machine.
i grabbed all the lights and began putting them up everywhere. then i grabbed some cobwebs we had and put them over the lights and the walls. we took a small lunch break then continued working which got done quicker than before because ethan and hannah were with us.
soon 4 came around and the party was going to start at 7. i wanted to take another shower because i was sweaty and gross and hannah wanted one too. we both took a shower but waited on the costumes cause we still didn't want the boys to see.
we went downstairs and it was almost 5 so we decided to order some food before everyone gets here. i went to the kitchen and got some bowls that we bought and filled them with snacks. i put them out then filled a cooler with ice and put some soda in it.
i filled another cooler with ice and put the beer and other alcoholic drinks that are better cold in there. i put the rest of the alcohol out just in time to hear the doorbell ring. we got our food and sat on the couches talking and eating.
by the time we finished it was 5:30 so me and hannah went upstairs to get our costumes on. james had come over at 5 to do the twins makeup so we left them alone. me and hannah had decided on being dead nurses so we put on our costumes then did our makeup and put blood on.

it was 6:45 by the time we finished and we heard some people showing up so we put on our shoes and did last minute touch ups on the blood and makeup. hannah put both of her contacts in and i put the one in. we took one final look in the mirror and of course we had to take a picture.
we went downstairs and saw a lot of people were already here. the main lights were off with the decorative lights on and the fog machine going.
