What happened to Vee?
As you all know, Vee was left at the cottage. I didn't think I had to say very much seeing as the group neither wanted to be around her, but neither wanted to kill her. So Vee's ultimate punishment was being outcasted.
How did the cure develop between the final and the epilogue?
Taehyung mentioned briefly during the final chapter that he had all the materials he needed to formulate a cure that would last a lot longer, therefore securing both Jimin and Hoseok's survival. During the research to create an actual cure, he would've developed his temporary one into something stronger.
What if someone comes for them again?
At this rate, it's basically impossible. The only way into the town by road is through the city which is currently now blocked off as mentioned back in book 1. It would practically be suicide.
