"...she doesn't have to choose between being gentle or being fierce. Both exist in nature and both exist in her. That's ok. She'll know to nourish them both and when applicable, use each unapologetically."― Steve Maraboli

It's been a year since you joined the Cult & started helping the Seeds. After the "meeting", you & Jacob stayed around Josephs Church, to settle your outpost location & what you are supposed to do.
In the end you got three outposts, each in one of the Seeds regions, expect for Josephs that is. Those outposts were mainly meant for animals that were already trained by you, you would just keep an eye on the living conditions there, like if they get enough food & are treated well. They also build a training camp for you, actually they just added your own cabin & a small lab, which is meant for sick animals and your own researches on herbal medicine, to the outpost you took down to save Flint.
Thank God & Satan, that everything went fine. You would tame all kinds of different wildlife, sent them to outposts & visit those. Occasionally you would meet one or all of the Seeds on your trips & by now you could call them your family too. But you like to think that there could be something between you & your favourite ginger, you did stay in his region because of the small (big) crush you developed; & of course the main reason was the forest you grew up in & the animals you befriended.
You were happy that you finally found people who accepted you, even the Peggies didn't mind the changes in the system, they were more or less relived that they didn't have to deal with the training of the animals anymore. Though, you are still trying to change some of their sadistic habits of accomplishing things, which Joseph didn't mind, he listened to your thoughts & sometimes he would do things you asked for. All in all, your life was busy.
But it didn't take long until things started to go down.
It was a week ago, when people from the Montana police department came around to arrest Joseph. Shortly, that day was a total disaster & you were beyond furious how things escalated so fast.
"Did you hear what the Marshall said? If I may quote: Cuff that son of a bitch. Damn him being so disrespectful!" you slammed a long kitchen knife into a pumpkin(Halloween theme music playing quietly in the background), which was a victim of your anger issues. You were currently letting all your frustration out by cooking, while Jacob was just silently listening & watching you.
"And why did Joseph even hop into that damn Heli? But why did he let himself get cuffed in the first, we were clearly more than them. We could've easily won those bitches over." By now you were violently cutting down all the ingredients that laid in front of you on the kitchen counter. "And he's calmly sitting in the Heli, while that thing rotates like merry-go-round & we have to watch as that shit crashes in the end. I was so fucking worried Jacob." You threw everything into a pot with boiling water, accidently spilling some on your hand.
"Fuck." Jacob already came around with some ointment & pushed you to sit down on a stool. "Y'know, Joseph has a plan, so don't worry about it. I think it's ya, who has to be more careful, clumsy idiot" Jacob grumbled while smearing the thick cream on your hand. "Oi, ya know me, Imma be always worried bout ya'll, especially now, when the Deputy is freely running around Hope County." You smiled warmly at him & continued doing your tasks.
After you finished, you ate & chatted a little bit with Jacob, until suddenly your phone loudly rang through your home. "Wait a sec, I'll be right back Cobby." You excused yourself & ran to get the phone.
