Aang slipped his gaze all around the massive City. Cranefish Town was growing and growing and growing in a fast rate that he couldn't comprehend.

"This City is so... overwhelming. I can't believe it's grown so much in such a short time," Aang said. They were into Lao's carriage, riding towards the business council.

"Many people have come here looking for work. Unfortunately, the factories can't employ everyone, not even skilled benders, so they steal from non-benders. They can't use their skills in honest work so to make ends meet, they turn into ...less honest means," Lao explained.

"That's terrible," Aang said.

Iris shrugged "That was bound to happen,"

"But I have a plan to stop this. You'll see,"

They walked in the building and in a room with the rest of the council sitting on two sides of a table. Benders were sitting on the one side and non-benders on the other.

"Did you notice what I noticed?" Sokka whispered at Iris.

"Yeah,"

"Notice what?" Aang asked.

"Benders on the one side,"

"Nonbenders on the other," And Sokka finished.

"I'm afraid Iris was right," Aang whispered.

"My fellow business council members..." Lao started.

Sokka and Iris winced at the name "Seriously they need to do something about that name," Sokka whispered.

"It really sucks," Iris whispered back.

"...our home is plagued by violence especially bender violence. Our non-bender employees are afraid to walk to work for fear of being attacked. I want to propose that bending be banned on public streets, to prevent furthermore violence,"

"Wait what?!" Iris whispered shouted.

"Ban bending...?" Aang whispered.

Benders and non-benders started shouting and fighting with each other. Iris shook her head.

"What nonsense is this?! Benders have the right to use their abilities however they want!"

"Lao! You've taken your anti-bender agenda too far!"

"So what's your solution to this problem?! As a nonbender, I'm afraid to walk through my own neighborhood at night!"

"Now we know why the benders don't sit beside the nonbenders," Sokka whispered at the siblings.

"Yeah, thanks, Sokka, we hadn't noticed," Iris said incredulously at her friend who shot her back a glare.

As benders and non-benders kept fighting over and over and Aang seemed pretty concerned about what to do, Iris walked forward and got between the two parties. She crossed her arms as she stood between them and the lethal glare she shot at them both, made them shut their mouths.

"There's indeed an injustice here. Some, and I repeat, some benders use their bending to show their superiority. And it's true. Benders have always thought to be superior to nonbenders. After all, the Hundred Year War was held in the hands of benders that tried to enforce their superiority..." Iris started her speech.
