THE LIST

Chapter 10

The weekend ended. The group spend most of the day together. Yoongi and Jimin went out on a date Sunday night. J-hope introduced his boyfriend to the group. His name was Mark and he had a great personality. Jin and Joon went back to their home and so did J-hope. Tae and Kook talked, and for the most part interacted with each other. They would glance at each other when the other was not looking but things did become uncomfortable after the closet.

A few weeks have passed. Yoongi was coming back after three weeks. That was perfect because that weekend was September 1st and Kook's birthday. Jimin immediately arrange for all of them to get together to celebrate in a nightclub, and at the same time eliminate one item from the list. Tae was excited not only because it will help him, but because he would get to hopefully clear the air between him and Kook. Everything was good but the air felt a little awkward in between Tae and Kook since the closet. There were a lot of smiles, and glances in between them but that was it. It was like if both of them where afraid of starting anything. Tae thought that maybe Kook like him, but not enough to actually care about trying to get to know each other more. Kook on the other hand wanted to take Tae, kiss him, and confessed to him that he had a crush on him for a while, but he felt he was not at Tae's level. After all Tae came from a rich family and Kook felt he had nothing to offer him.

Weeks pass slowly for Tae and Kook after playing that game. Their interactions were short. They went out together to the coffee shop from time to time, but they wouldn't talk much. They would have breakfast and dinner together but again no real conversation happened.

Yoongi finally arrived on a Friday a day before Kooks birthday. Jimin and him were a thing now. After that Sunday they went out, they started talking and texting each other. The day before Yoongi left, he went out with Jimin, and they both ended up in the honeymoon suite at the Kim's' Hotel. Jimin was now happy that his man was finally here and wanted to spend as much time as possible with him. Yoongi asked Tae if he could have Jimin stay over with him and Tae had no problem with that. He was happy his best friend found Jimin who was also becoming a close friend to Tae.

Tae invited all of them to stay again at his house for the weekend. Him and Jimin made arrangements to make this weekend all about Kook. Tae also had plans of his own. He had decided he was going to tell Kook how he felt about that time they spend inside the closet. He had decided they were going to talk and do whatever they had to do, in order to clear the air and stop the awkwardness in between them. Everyone arrived that Friday night at Tae's house. J-hope was with his boyfriend Mark, so Tae told them to take the room with the purple chandelier. Jimin stay in Yoongi's room and the other in the same rooms they stayed last time. The only empty room was the room with the two beds. Everyone was there except for Kook. Tae told the rest he was going to come back. He went downstairs to Kooks apartment. He knocked on the door and after about a minute the door finally open.

Kook: Tae, come in please.

Tae came in and Kook closed the door behind him.

Tae: Everyone is upstairs asking for you. I didn't tell them I was coming here because I want to make sure you are okay with spending the weekend with all of us. Well, more like spending the weekend with me.

Kook: Tae, what makes you think I wouldn't be okay with that.

Tae: Kook, you know since that time we played that stupid game, things have change between us. I feel like you are avoiding making conversation with me. Was it the kiss? Or is it me? Because if it's me, you don't have to hide from the rest. I can go to my room, or I can stay in Joon and Jin's home so that you can go with the rest and celebrate your birthday. I wouldn't want for you to miss spending time with your friends because I am making things uncomfortable for you.
